I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon, and it was very disappointing. The cheese was extremely cold, and the chicken was only room temperature. When I asked the manager why the cheese was cold, I was told, “that’s the way it’s prepared.” She never looked at my sandwich and never offered to remake or accommodate me in any way. Instead, the only response was to give me my money back. I didn’t come here just to get refunded — I came here to enjoy a hot, fresh sandwich, and this experience was very underwhelming for $13.

Absolutely love this location. The staff is wonderful, and even though it's small and busy the staff always makes sure the place is clean. One employee in general is extra helpful and one of the reasons I always come back, Manny. Any place of employment would be honored to have him. He's just the nicest guy.

The best Chick-fil-A if you're going to dance with the ethical poultry devil in Chicago. The associates are super nice, quick, and the food is delicious. You just have to weigh the crappiness of their corporate politics against the tastiness of their food.
I love this place I always get the cobb salad with extra tomato and eggs. The people make you feel so welcomed and friendly. I really like to enjoy them around 3-4 times a week if I could. They feel like family

Chick is always good, love the waffle fries and lemonade. The dining room is small. In and out of the parking lot is difficult due to traffic. There is not a drive thru.

Today i went to order two chicken sandwhiches and macarroni and cheses but they didnt give me a fork and the fries had bealry had no salt and one of the sandwhiches where cold. However, the cashier was very nice.

Picked up DoorDash order. Elizabeth did not put the top on the drink, while driving, it spilled all over my car interior. Came back to replace customers drink. Elizabeth told me she’s the manager (she is not) when I called later and asked for the manager, the female manager was defensive, would not give me the phone number for complaints that she said was posted in the restaurant, so after my delivery, I STILL had to come back. Absolutely abhorrent experience, I will never pick up or dine at this location ever again, the level of rudeness I experienced was so unusual for a Chick fill a, I’ll simply support another location. Plus now I have to pay to get the carpet cleaned in my car. Unbelievable.
