Definitely not the friendliest! Big mark up $$ avoid!

I work at a different Chick-fil-A location and know the behind-the-scenes of training and menu, etc., and this was not it! The person who took my order was fine, bordering on rude, and when I asked to scan my app to redeem an entree, they don’t allow you to scan?? I paid full price for everything rather than what I expected (my entree being free) when I could have just gone to McDonald’s for a lot cheaper. Order taker didn’t grab my drink while taking the order (they’re supposed to, and other employees were), and was also stingy on the sauce (I get that coming from CFA- there are rules, but it was honey packets? Super cheap and small!). The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh, but I had to ask the other employee for my drink. Girl who grabbed it filled the ice up to the brim instead of halfway. I couldn’t scan the app after the transaction because there was no store order, and even after finding it, I wasn’t able to. When visiting this airport again, I will not be coming back.

An employee named Jayleen was extremely rude to me. Eyerolling, lipsmacking, sighing, etc. I don’t know if she was having a rough morning or what but as someone who works in customer service, it was extremely uncalled for. Will not be coming to this location again for my next flight, especially as this company prides itself on the politeness of employees.

Never tried this fast food chain before. Didn’t like it very much, the sandwich was very dry and taste less, however the service was fast and friendly.
