I kept having the worst experience in this Chic flia. Honestly if it were not located within UIC I won’t consider it at all. The old lady named Vanessa is extremely rude and kept ignoring customers. She literally stopped taking orders for like 15 minutes in the heat of lunch order lines. Please be a little professional.

Every time I get chick-fil-a here, the workers taking my orders are rude. Theres been one instance where I've had a worker be nice to me & ive been at UIC for 3 years. I ordered through the self checkout machine in order to avoid getting attitudes. I got home & my order was missing things & my coffee was SO bitter & I can't get a refund bcs i'm already home.

Chic fil a is known for their service, so why do all the workers here have attitudes. And now that they have self checkout, they yell at you to use the kiosk instead of speak with them. Also, how does no one know how to spell Joseph? It speaks a lot to their personalities

They have the worst attitudes ever, especially the older lady with the glasses. She rolled her eyes at me when i was being polite when needing to clarify my order and she has no sense of customer service. She has an extremely rude tone, no way to talk to customers. Some associates are really nice especially the cleaning crew, but a lot of them have to fix their attitudes. And the older lady should fix her attitude or just not work in customer service.

the WORST customer service you could receive. every single employee has such a bad attitude. students come in and order respectfully and give their order properly but the workers always roll their eyes and never treat you with respect. they’re completely bothered when people order. especially the older woman with glasses, she hates being corrected and never gives a positive attitude. i have never received good customer service from any employee. they genuinely all need to be replaced with better workers.

I decided to come here with my sister to get two large fries. No other people were in line where we ordered and a line began to form after us. Almost 4 people got their order before us, and we only ordered two large fries. The service is prolonged, and their hygiene needs to be paid more attention to. While my sister and I waited, we noticed that none of the workers wore gloves. To make things worse, the guy that put our fries in the bag, scratched his arm without gloves and used the same hand to put our food in the bag. This is highly unhygienic, and I'm not sure what the manager is doing, but they need to get things straight with the employees. I'm incredibly disappointed and will not be returning to this location. Do better.

Worker was incredibly disrespectful. I ordered ahead of three people and they were all served before me. I asked for an update on my order and they rudely replied “you have to wait ur turn”. My order finally came out and the same worker tried lying to me saying thats not my order. Do you want to see my receipt? Bet it wouldnt even help though. If you can’t keep track of a queue you definitely can’t read
