My goodness, the service was top tier, and not for a fast food place but for like a nice sit down restaurant, I didn’t catch her name, but the girl that helped us was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. It was sunny and we sat outside, the atmosphere was nice, btw she brought the food to us, outside. The only thing is it was my first time eating ChickfilA and I wasn’t a fan tbh, but my fiancé loved it. So I guess its just a taste preference.

The food is consistently good and they usually get everything I need (except for the occasional missing sauce), but my last sandwich was so exceptionally terrible that I had to make a review about it. The chicken wasn't necessarily undercooked, but it wasn't nearly as crispy as it should've been. The bread looked like it was hastily shoved onto the sandwich, the bottom bun was wet like a soggy sponge and neither bun had any firmness like it usually has. It wasn't completely inedible, but it certainly wasn't worth the money. At least the fries were still crispy, but the sandwich being that horrendous really brought what would've been a 5-star review to a 3. I really hope that this doesn't become a regular occurrence for this place.

Definitely without a doubt the worst service of any chick fila I’ve ever been to. I ordered a meal with a drink, they didn't give me a drink. Upon asking why, they just said they were out of dr.pepper. So I asked what they weren't out of, and the woman just stood there and did said nothing. So I decided to go down the line to see what they did have and asked if they had crush (I didnt want crush but just wanted to get this moving), instead of saying yes or no, she filled a cup with crush and gave it to me and walked away. Very rude and unhelpful.

I am a regular cfa customer that lives on campus. Anytime I ask for anything extra, they provide it. The service and the staff is doing a great job with handing out food and making sure I get my correct order. Aseiona & Cheryl give out the best service.

Aseiona and Cheryl were out of this world amazing! Top of the line service and did everything with such an amazing attitude. This is my everyday stop as a UIC student and Aseiona and Cheryl always greet me by my name and make sure that not only me, but everyone is receiving top of the line service. THANK YOU ASEIONA AND CHERYL! YOU MAKE MY DAY EVERYTIME ;)

This would have three at most however it does not because of the subpar staff working there. Not only do the other reviews confirm how much of the staff has poor customer service abilities but in one experience of mine, I went to order lunch and as my order was being taken the staff member that took my order was sticking her fingers inside her mouth, which is a bad look for the staffs regard for hygiene. I ended up throwing the food out because now I couldn’t trust the employees hygiene, and I needed up buying lunch elsewhere. The only reason this doesn’t get a one star is because the food does not taste much differently that other chick fil A’s I’ve been to.

They refused to let my mother order at the cashier and were very rude about it. I would understand if it was busy, but this was at 3PM on a Saturday with no line and hardly anybody else in the restaurant.

they are so rude especially one of the bigger ladies she is so rude like we PAY for you to do this. there no reason you should treat customers this way this is not someone you guys should hire. you wait 30 mins for them to tell you they don’t have it, they don’t call out your name but expect you to know it’s your order

When I tell you the staff is rude, they’re RUDE. No kindness to even say my pleasure or you’re welcome when I say thank you. Rude with other customers and glaring at them instead of simply being nice & helpful, when they ask for sauce missing out their bags. I even saw them call out a drink & the girl was just looking on the cup for her name to be sure & the snarky staff said “Well, is it yours??” Write the name & it would have been a clean transaction, sheesh. This crew tonight needs a COMPLETE refreshers course on customer service. Another location would be a better option smh

I wish I can give this restaurant a zero stars. The lady on the front desk was so rude and wasn't replying to my questions. The service was too slow and annoyed by the customers. Never coming back here until they change the staff
