Foods alright. They didn’t give us part of our order, AND there was a creep inside cornering women within the store AND outside of it. I don’t understand why a creep was allowed inside the restaurant, whilst clearly harassing the WOMEN within the restaurant. If the staff can’t protect their CUSTOMERS, or even properly serve each individual customer , and GIVE WHAT THE PAID FOR, then they clearly need to find work elsewhere. This is very disappointing, and frustrating. My sister and aunt could’ve been put in danger as well by the creep. They left out things they wanted to order, because they did not feel safe within the premises of the building. Do better.

I ordered a #2 and a tortilla soup. When I received my order, there was a deluxe sandwich, tortilla soup but no fries. I reported it to the manager just to be told to get back in line, re order and pay the difference. I’ve already waited 10 mins, are you sure I asked. I ended up back in line for another 5 mins.
The cashier was just as rude as the manager; so I requested my money back. This is the first time I’ve ever received poor customer service at a Chick Fil A; I will not be returning to this location. I attempted to reason multiple times to no avail.
The cashier took my order wrong and somehow I was inconvenienced while attempting to seek resolve. Make it make sense.

I would not recommend this location if you are on a time crunch. No matter if you order in advance or in person, be prepared to wait 25 minutes for any item. There have been times I’ve ordered one biscuit in advance and had to wait 30 minutes for it to be done. There is no since of urgency but as we all know, the food taste good so they will never close

I ordered for dine in yet I never received my order and had to queue up for the cashier register then told to queue up for delivery/order pick-up line and ask for my order that was supposed to just be dropped on my table the number of which was on the order receipt.
