It just doesn’t rise to the level you’d expect from a chikfila. Last time I ordered they didn’t give me everything (and now you can’t get refunded from the app which is also annoying) and a week later I’m waiting an extra fifteen minutes in the store for a mobile order I placed well before arriving, at a time when the store is practically empty. Something is off at this location.

I ordered a large group order for delivery from this restaurant, and unfortunately there were some items left off of the order. I called the restaurant to see if those could be delivered and talked to Jeff, a manager, who said the items were not enough to qualify to send a delivery driver out for. He then asked me to pick up what was missing, even though I paid a fee. They did not help correct this mistake in any way, which was disappointing. Avoid ordering delivery from this location!

I genuinely had one of the best fast food experiences and meals ever in my life from this place. The chicken sandwich was so good. The waffle fries were immaculate. The service was super amicable and pleasant. This chick fil a is actually peak

I went there yesterday to get a quick lunch and right away a rude cashier. She could not hear what I was trying to say because she was so busy conversations with her other coworkers. Then when my order was being called out I went to go get it and the worker (he is a male and is bald I have no idea if he’s a manager or what) gave away my food right in front of me. So I was quickly trying to get his attention and he walked away and completely ignored me. I stood there trying to get someone’s attention and nobody even looked in my direction everyone was ignoring me. I had to yell out excuse me for someone to come up to me and when they did they tried to blame me and said I did take the food…. Are you serious? So I had to show my receipt and they had to remake it again. Will not be coming here again. Worst Chick-fil-A ever.

I only ordered a cup of ice cream and a brownie and it took about 20 minutes for them to prepare it. I didn’t understand why when it was certain employees were just standing around. The manager there was really nice. He was trying to get a lot of delivery orders together with little help. He kept his composure and gave me my food with a smile❤️. I really appreciate him and his patience with customers and the other employees lack of effort. He needs a raise!!
This was my worst experience ever I never been treated like this ever they where rude and when I called back later to fial a report they did not want to help me and did not want to help me whatsoever

It’s just what you need from a Chick-Fil-A. It’s clean they are polite and seem to have a good system for mobile orders. Orders have never been wrong outside of additional sauces. Consistently what you order and expect.

I asked for number 7 got a number 1 and asked for the meal that I originally asked for and lady on register told me that a biscuit and muffin was the same and that I had got a number 7 when on my receipt it said number 1

Ordered that new sanwich that has cheese and jalapeños together with with salad but the sanwich barely had any cheese. I let the clerk know and he went back there and told him what had happened but there answer was only that its all they can do. The guy in the guy was rude.. it was a hispanoc latina guy.
