My wife was under the weather, so we ordered some chicken soup and a meal for a little comfort food. The order was incomplete, and the soup was partially open and in the same bag as the rest of the order, so it essentially made a mess of what should have been a nice casual meal. Uber Eats would only refund the price of one missing item (fries). I called the manager, Jeff, who said they would do nothing about it because it was through Uber Eats, though they themselves put the order together. Unsatisfactory on every level.

I'm from Atlanta and grew up on chik fil A. In fact my grandfather was very good friends with Truett Cathy. I've been to the Dwarf House also. We travel back and fourth between Atlanta and Chicago and I am delighted to know that the Chick-fil-A service perfection is completely intact at this location.Staff are friendly and quick.Love it!!
