Nuggets were thrown in with the spicy filet seasoning so they were improperly spiced, not properly breaded either. They were not hot or fresh tasting at all. Chick-fil-a sandwich filet was not hot with very little breading.

Slowest chicfila I have ever been to, when trying to get quick food and keep moving not effective. Large sitting area so lots of space to find seats. Some tables clean other dirty. Food was still good, waffle fries were delicious.

I love chick fil a and the food is always great but there were a few things off about this experience. I really look forward to their cookies but when I ordered one they told me to take one off the counter in front of my, which was disappointing cause it’s a cold stale cookie and not from the warmer. They also forgot our spicy sandwich and we had to go back to get it, and I was disappointed that this location charges for salad containers.

Absolutely terrible experience. Just left this location and the employee that work in the front not wearing a gloves handling people food. Once confronted about it she wanted to argue with me. Seems like there is no manger to talk to or handle this location. Fries also were cold absolutely terrible experience.

The absolute worst chick fil a location I have ever been to. I live a few blocks away so I have given them multiple attempts. Never once has my order been correct. It’s either missing items, contains wrong ingredients, or literally just gave me the wrong food I didn’t order. I have been over 10 times and I can say without a doubt every. single. time. there was an issue. Doesn’t matter if I order on the app or in store, if it’s dine in or pick up, it’s wrong. Most recently, I ordered the southwest salad. After getting home I find out they gave me a cob salad, which I can’t eat because I don’t eat pork. So after walking 15 minutes back, I gave them the salad back and they fixed the order. I get home again and begin eating, only to bite into a huge piece of bacon that was disgusting. This was the last straw. Never, ever, going back to this location. Additionally, customer service is just as bad every single time. I have never had a pleasant interaction with an employee. They are annoyed when I tell them the order is wrong and they have to remake it. I waited 15 minutes one time for a shake, I had to even ask an employee if it was ready only for them to get annoyed that they now have to make a shake. Even managers that i have dealt with when orders are wrong are short and not apologetic for the disservice. The dining room isn’t a great environment either. It’s always full of obnoxious teenagers that leave messes and cause a ruckus. This location is beyond help. Beware!

You guys need new staff ordered my food 30 min before I picked it up ,an still not ready staff is slow what’s so difficult about chicken ? Waiting almost an hr for one thing is ridiculous. Slowest chick fil a in the area don’t come here if u wanna wait forever for one meal

The staff at the counter is unprofessional and cares more about who’s going on break next than actually attending the customer. They are so lost in their mind they didnt even ask me for what kind of sauce i wanted.
