So mid. I got 8 nuggets and fries, it took at least 25 minutes not mentioning the time it sat as a mobile pickup. Everything went a mile an hour. I can see the nuggets on the chute when I walk in. It was finally bagged and bumped 15 mins later. And then it just sat there for 10 minutes. Meanwhile I’m hanging with the 15 other takeout orders in this tightly wound crowd. Several critiques of that. Name callouts were too quiet for such a large goup, and a lot of the DoorDash/Uber Eats type orders required a photo of the food. Rather than have a team member hold the food for 30 seconds while they get out there phone, take a photo, and stow their phone, get a nice little table to set it on and go back to bagging the crowds worth of orders. And my biggest qualm, I literally didn’t get a cherry on top of my shake. I can’t believe I didn’t notice. Such a shame.

On the positive side, the cashier was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. However, the food was below average this time. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, but it came with pickles, and the chicken had an off-putting, old smell. That said, the bread was fresh and tasty, and I appreciated the classic idea of their waffle fries. Overall, it was an average experience—great service and atmosphere, but the food quality needs improvement.
