The absolute worst chick fil a location I have ever been to. I live a few blocks away so I have given them multiple attempts. Never once has my order been correct. It’s either missing items, contains wrong ingredients, or literally just gave me the wrong food I didn’t order. I have been over 10 times and I can say without a doubt every. single. time. there was an issue. Doesn’t matter if I order on the app or in store, if it’s dine in or pick up, it’s wrong. Most recently, I ordered the southwest salad. After getting home I find out they gave me a cob salad, which I can’t eat because I don’t eat pork. So after walking 15 minutes back, I gave them the salad back and they fixed the order. I get home again and begin eating, only to bite into a huge piece of bacon that was disgusting. This was the last straw. Never, ever, going back to this location. Additionally, customer service is just as bad every single time. I have never had a pleasant interaction with an employee. They are annoyed when I tell them the order is wrong and they have to remake it. I waited 15 minutes one time for a shake, I had to even ask an employee if it was ready only for them to get annoyed that they now have to make a shake. Even managers that i have dealt with when orders are wrong are short and not apologetic for the disservice. The dining room isn’t a great environment either. It’s always full of obnoxious teenagers that leave messes and cause a ruckus. This location is beyond help. Beware!

Completely understandable they are busy and do not have time to get to someone but for your workers to look me in my face when I’m asking a question and purposefully ignore me while giggling about it is so disgusting, this was at the pickup area. To the point where I had to go up to the ordering counter just to simply get sauce. It would do them well to learn a thing or two about customer service.

I give this store three stars because the breakfast service sucks. Sometimes they are not open at 8:30. When they are open they are never prepared when you open you should be ready for full service. Today I waited ten minutes. Biscuit was gummy not throughly cooked and chicken had an off texture. Horrible. I want my money back. This was a bad day for food quality because they were not ready for service. The food meets chicken fil a standards as a whole, I guess, sometimes, but service here sucks always for breakfast. The counters are always smeared with sticky substance and the soda machines could use a good wiping down. For the location downtown Chicago across from Art Institute, not a good look. Today is the last day I patronize this location.

Can yall order yall food and go, I get this is Chicago, but YALL be TAKING 30 minutes ordering this isn’t a 5 star restaurant, and stop eating 3000 calories being unhealthy. But chick fil a is a good customer fast food place.
The best thing was the atmosphere of this location. I came around 1:30 pm. Food was cold and mid. For the hiked prices you would think the food would be fresh and hot. Nothing but the fries was what I ordered. Sandwich did not have extra pickles and the sauces asked for were not in the bag. Worst location I have been to
