I’ve been working at this location since we opened and I love every minute of it. I’m the night manager Bruce here at Irving park delivery’s and I’m so proud of every employee there. I Got a chance to read the comments on here and I just wanted to say Thank-you for all the positive feedbacks! Even the not so positive ones let’s me know what we could do better. I will say that our biggest issue is fry’s. We make them as fresh as possible butfrom putting it in the bag-Waiting...

DISCLAIMER! WAFFLE FRIES WILL BE COLD, STALE AND THEY WILL SHIRNK DUE TO DELIVERY. Rest assured that you’re NOT getting half full fries but because delivery can take anywhere from 10-30 mins they do lose heat, get cold and then proceeded to shrink.

Love this Chic Fi la branch but if I could give staff and management any advice it would be more consistent with the waffle fries. Everytime I have ordered for pick up they have been very stale. Other then that you guys are doing it right
