An interesting one as its pickup only, but it doesn't stop it from being a good place for some good food. Only issue is that its mostly a center for multiple foods made for pickup only.

They don’t answer their phone so that they can’t be held accountable. They will take for ever on Uber eats orders.. they lied and told my fourth carrier who attempted to pick up an order that they took 40mins to make that the order had already been picked up. Worse chick fil a in Chicago!

Had to Called 3 times to cancel an order, Justin said he will cancelled it, but had to call again to make sure and he didn’t! I actually just wanted to add something to my order, and they were not able to help me. Costumer service at this chick fil, and service here is so bad. Kids here needs decent training at least so you don’t keep getting bad reviews. This will be my last order here
Just ordered with grubhub, and over an hour and a half later, still waiting to get my food with liitle hope it will actually arrive. The delivery driver left because he waited so long. Honestly why even offer delivery if the food is going to be cold and gross by the time you get it?

This location is not as good as others. The food seems like it has been sitting for hours or the food is over cooked. I have made the mistake of ordering from here 2x after I said I wouldn't anymore. However, grubhub and Ubereats always have this location listed. Be careful if using an app to purchase.

Placed an order with doordash and asked for extra ice in ice tea. Received no ice in my large ice tea and my food was cold. The food seemed like it had been made a couple of days ago. I didn't enjoy it. Usually my orders from their other locations are hot and they follow directions. Never order from this location.

During this pandemic, they’ve shifted their focus to handling drive thru and since they have two lanes it helps a lot. However they are very organized and have an efficient system set for ordering, paying whether cash or card, and to receive the food.Food of course is what you expect of a quality establishment. Very good chicken sandwiches but the service is outstanding for what the circumstances have been these last several months.
