I'm off work and I want to buy burgers for my kids. Since this place was near my office, I bought burgers here. I ordered Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Nuggets Kids Meal and Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips Kids Meal. Originally gave a bad review due to quality issues last year with the nuggets and chicken sandwiches not being quite right. Also had some delivery issues where they wouldn’t include the sauces ordered. Lately the food has been great so they seemed to have fixed that issue. I haven’t tried delivery in a while, but since I switched to pickup the sauces have been right.
Was easy and fast. Can only order via Chick-fil-A app or delivery apps. I ordered at home, which is 15 minutes away. Select option on app to follow your location, so food is prepared when you get close. Arrived there, the app notified me food was coming out. Easy and safe process. (I believe armed guard is on duty.) Also choose curbside if your picking up your own food.
