This Chicken Hut is simply the best.
The chicken is high quality and cooked fresh over an open fire.
Every order comes with warm pita. The sides are also great. They make the best homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and delightful Spanish style rice. Their homemade salsa is delicious. All deserts are very good as well. Prices are great and the service or delivery are swift.
Eduardo, his family and team, are a favorite for good reason.

If it's not fresh off The grill don't get it. Because when they let it sit it starts to taste like rubber it has a rubbery feel to it it's disgusting. You shouldn't feel like you're working out when you're eating your food disgusting

Grilled chicken happens daily. The salsa you get with it is freshly made and it's very tasty. It can vary based on who makes it for the day or week. I will say get extra pita bread because I always have left overs when getting half a chicken. Also very affordable

I love that it’s been around so long but still nails the basics. Their roast chicken always tastes perfect, and the sides like mashed potatoes or coleslaw round it out nicely. It’s fast, fuss‑free, and the portions are generous. I feel like locals always know to keep coming back. Highly recommend for anyone craving classic, no-frills chicken.

Pulled up to Chicken Hut in Boystown and spent about $18 on a half‑chicken special, rice, coleslaw and a soda. The charbroiled bird was juicy and fresh, coleslaw 🔥, rice solid—but breast was a titch dry. Staff was super chill and quick. Cozy, no‑frills vibes—great spot for a quick feed. Would’ve been 5★ if the white meat was a little more saucy, but def worth rollin’ thru.

ordered 3 times. Chicken delicious. Except the breast always dry. The sides very good but the potato salad very hard potatoes. Excellent service. Very quick.

I didn’t expect chicken to blow me away—until I tried the honey-mustard glazed drumsticks a. Right off the bat, the smoky aroma hit me, and the skin was crazy crispy without being dry. One bite and the meat literally melted in my mouth, thanks to that perfect balance of sweet honey and tangy mustard.

Our server even recommended a mint-lime iced tea, which cut through the richness like a charm. By the time I finished, I was kicking myself for not ordering a second helping. Homestyle Chicken turned a simple meal into an epic experience—definitely worth the trip if you’re a fellow chicken fan.
