Only giving 2 stars because I was given guac and wasn't expecting it. Worst tacos ive ever had. Very dry, bland, and they gave me scraps of asada. The asada was hard and burnt. i was so disappointed esp because they have a 4.7 rating I wouldn't go back. The chicken Tinga LOOKED good but tasted so watered down if that makes sense. Even the sauce was watered down.

Did not like at all. We went here based on reviews we saw on google and was very disappointed. The waitress forgot about our drinks. When the guacamole was brought it had a shaved metal piece in it we told them and they did bring another but no longer felt comfortable eating it. Honestly we would not go again.

I’ll often visit a restaurant for one specific dish, but with Chile Toreado I know anything I order will be excellent. Every item is prepared with such care, and the owner and his family are genuinely kind and welcoming.

Everyone deserves an incredible local Mexican restaurant, some are lucky enough to live near to Chile Toreado. Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants in the entire city. They serve exquisite renditions of home style favorites and inventive takes on lesser known regional dishes. The family behind this gem are welcoming and treat you like regulars the moment you step in. I have eaten the entire menu and not a single item misses. Run don't walk here.

Lovely place for great Mexican food in McKinley Park. Wonderful location near Archer. The staff were friendly and had helpful recommendations for food.
I ordered their taco dinner (with a Barbacoa, El Pastor, and one Chicken Tinga). Very tasty and reasonably priced. They also have a great brunch menu!
Amazing Food! Everything was VERY fresh and the owner explained his favorites in such detailed thay my mouth watered. The carne en su jugo was on another level. Amazing
