The food was hot and fresh. Our server Lilly was amazing. She knew the menu through and through. Great hire. Thanks Lilly for making our experience great. Good job chilli’s for getting the food back on track at this location. Yes we will go back.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Started off coming in and wanting to sit at the bar I was told I had to wait to be seated…..at the bar? Once I was seated my server showed little to no attention ( Shanise). I watched my server serve tables around me but paid no attention to the customers at the bar. Horrible customer service. Whoever is over this establishment needs to tune this staff up. They pay more attention to eachother than the customers that help pay their wage absolutely unacceptable sincerely do better.

This place is the worst the to go staff is so un professional they hide in the back play and curse every time I come here it sounds like a high school hallway in the back in the kitchen area it’s ridiculous the owner needs to fire and re hire because that crew not it they are horrible there.

I had the steak and shrimp with a loaded potato and a large sweet tea with lemon My food was soo good it was cooked perfectly My food came pretty quickly I wanted my steak cooked well done but not burnt an it was perfectly done my waitress was friendly and on point

Went on a lunch outing with sons. Food was horrible ribs were dry, sliders were dry and overcook and the service was horrible. I won't be back

Waitress was polite and friendly. Food fall a little short garlic bread wasn't toasted enough was returned and the other slice wasn't any better. Got the appetizer platters, burgers were burnt, lil corn things weren't full cooked. Service was better than food.
