This Chili's has great food, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return. The prices are right. Quantity and quality are both outstanding.Strongly recommend this restaurant.

To the people who actually care about hygiene and cleanliness…… the floors, under the table, the booths, the mugs, the silverware was filthy. My waitress had a great attitude but was just as greasy as the restaurant. What happened to washing your clothes prior to going to work? I ended up get a Togo box to not disappoint my date. The food looked great but unfortunately I threw my food in the trash when I got home. To all of the people who actually walk in, eat, and leave a great review I would hate to see your kitchen.

Food was awful, I became sick shortly after eating here. The Cajun shrimp pasta tasted weird. The shrimp was very mushy. I won’t be coming back, I’m disgusted and I feel horrible!

Chili's on 119th and the Chili's on Torrance is terrible poor customer service and terrible food I wish I can give them zero stars. The managers at both locations should be fired including their staff. Just get rid of the whole crew and start over at both locations and I'm not the one to complain usually but this was absolutely unacceptable at both locations ????
I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta through curbside and the chicken was as hard as a rock literally. Called back and the manager said all the chicken was cooked that morning which had to be a lie. Threw all the food away and the manager offered me a refund. Hopefully I get my refund. I’ll update in 3-5 business days. UPDATE: had to contact corporate and they had to process my refund. This location has sad managers lol like y would I want u to remake my food after y’all purposely put old chicken on it? Then y lie saying u processed a refund but didn’t ? Anywhoooo I wouldn’t wanna be a manager at chilis anyways so I guess I get where the unintelligence and unprofessionalism comes from.

It must have been presidents day. It wasnt really crowded, maybe all the empty seating was reserved, but unless we chose to sit at the counter we had to wait to be seated w 2 other parties, both with children in the cramped waiting space.Finally seated, after what felt like over 20 minutes, behind my booth seat was another set of rambunctious kids. I can't criticize the personnel (they were swell, kind, generous the only other time I visited this address); but after not being waited on quickly enough, we rose and left.I dont know if this was an anomaly. I know I was rather testy from the get-go. But we left for Buono Beef, and that was adequate.

I came around 11:40ish. It wasn’t crowded in here. I ordered the new Philly steak with fries, white cheddar macaroni, molted chocolate cake with ice cream . I had a very polite server (Juree) I’m misspelling her name probably. My food was hot . I didn’t like the macaroni because it was undercooked. My dessert came out first as requested .. thank u !! I left full and satisfied.

Lately the service has been off. I've been receiving cold food and or missing items and I had to return after my break was over which is a huge inconvenience.
