Do not eat here. If i could give less than one star I would. This experience was terrible. The server was repeatedly short and rude to my girlfriend and I. The food was mid at best. I was given no opportunity to speak with my server to correct issues like him dropping off someone elses order at our table. 0/10 I do not recommend.

Kitchen closes an hour before advertised

Got seated, after a few minutes customer showed me the QR code to order, waitress came over to help her to place her order, waitress asked me if I had scanned yet. I told her I would like to have someone take my order, again she asked me to scan, I asked again for help. She seemed bothered and did not come back.After 10 minutes I left and went to McDonalds where I asked for help to order, did right away.Manager, please train your staff that some people need help with possibly a torn Retna and cannot see. These people may tip well for the added help.

Would you like to know? No handicap accessible table to place a wheel chair to begin this evaluation. People inside knew nothing of my struggle. I asked for water & coffee & a grilled chicken & onion with bacon & avocado & fries. Only my coffee and water came to me I had to order my sandwich again. These kids had me pegged from the start, (unexpecting old white lady) so they thought. Do Not use any kind of money card here, not a gift card, I would not pull out a charge card or bank card around these characters. Gave her the gift card my son bought me for my birthday. And a $10 she brought back my card that had $25 on it. I had already checked the balance before making my flight to ORD. She brought it back claiming she ran it several times & it was declined. She wanted money… and me to pay up… I brought out a $20 to go with the $10. She asked if I wanted change, you bet, as I called the 1-888 # on the back, checking my balance. Zero- card was depleted! Yes I’ll speak to the manager, never came & never came. I got up with my heavy bags & proceeded to the bar area as in where is that manager I’m suppose to talk to … here she comes. She says, those cards don’t work there, I said “They most certainly do, because now I have an empty card plus she got my cash. I paid double for a cold meal” manager said “give her, her money and I’ll pay for the meal. I got my cash and I gave her my card. I did not back down. I did not need to cuss. Only by the grace of God, I kept my composer. I told the truth as I looked them both straight in the eye. Hopefully managers goes through the receipts and finds where my card paid the price for the meal and those employees were taking me for the cash. The only thing I can hope to come of this is… for the employees to take note of what they are doing is wrong on all accounts and quit their evil scheme. ShysterLooks Like Her Name is Adriana!

5 stars for having black bean burger with REAL avocado slices! The rest of this airport feels like a food desert if you are looking for fresh vegetarian options. Burger and fries could have used a bit more salt, but overall I was very happy to have this instead of a sad salad or preservative sandwich from the grab and go standsVegetarian options: Black bean patty substitute on any of the burgers

Food and drinks were good, served very quick. Not friendly/personable server. They may have been short staffed, she didn’t check in once after sliding the food and beverage onto my table without asking if there was anything else she could get for me. Restaurant was dusty, menus and walls were dirty with food stains and the floor was littered with napkins. Overall, food was good, service and environment was not at all personable and needed a lot of cleanliness attention.

In reference to Chili’s Too at G10-Service from Tracey was excellent! Southwest Caesar tasted great, arrived super fast, and was plenty big enough. The tables are very tight and it’s hard to move around with luggage in tow, even with a light crowd. Overall a very good experience worth mentioning.

QR codes, no receipt, cold food. Avoid, there is no service. The only nice thing is after they bring your food and ignore you, you don't have to tip. QR means NO TIP.
