Visited at lunch time and it wasn't very busy. I shared a child and salsa + queso with a family member and both were good. That's all we got because we just needed a snack, so I'm not sure what the rest of the food is like. Service was pretty good as well. The online pay functionality was nice for when we needed to leave.

The service here isn't perfect and as an employee who only has a 30 minute break and limited time, you would think they would prepare the food a little quicker. But honestly, I'll have less than 10 minutes to wolf down the food in my mouth like a fat American.Basically, customer service here is poor and unprofessional and unreliable. They are obvious when it comes to ignoring your questions or concerns. The women up front have an attitude majority of the time. They will talk smack about you once you walk away whether they helped you or ignored you and just stood there aimlessly when you’re trying to talk to them. Staff here will also attempt to accuse you of dining and ditching if you are by yourself and need to go to the bathroom and go back to your table. It's absurd. Please choose somewhere else to eat.

First of all, this place wasn't even busy and I had to wait about 5 mins to be seated. Then, server tried to stear me towards the bar but she was out of luck because I said I wanted a table. She giv3s me a table and tells me to order online. What's the point of me waiting in line then? I can just sit myself and order if you are not really gonna be "serving" me. They had 3 - 5 options for breakfast and 2 options for drinks on the online ordering app. Ridiculous. I will never be back nor do I recommend it. I do have to say that I was at this Chilli's at 830 am. Maybe this place is just not meant for breakfast but I stopped because it was the only place other than Mcdonalds close to my gate in concourse F.

It's chilis but it's an airport Chili's, so I wouldn't advise getting a quick bite to eat if your flight is under an hour before

Not really happy with the limited menu items and the typical rip-off airport food price. Sandwich was ok. Bacon was thin and overcooked. The avocado was unripe and hard. Chicken grilled onions, and bread saved the meal.

I hate these kind of reviews.Hostess waved across the room to seat me, no instructions. I sit quietly for several minutes waiting on someone to take my order. A server shows up with no water or coffee. She informs me i have to order online via QR code. (Why have a server?) QR code menu doesn't match the advertising. Said advertisement is why I stopped to eat. You have to order and pay online while still expected to tip a server. Online payment portal messed up. Server told me I didn't pay for coffee. I apologized. I went back into the payment portal and reentered my info and card info to pay for the coffee. The portal now wants to charge me for two coffees. I ask the server to just take the coffee away. She does. She returns to say I've already paid for the coffee and can bring it back. Sigh. I decline, choosing to eat dryly some food I didn't want in the first place just to get on with my life.Look at my reviews. I'm not given to negativity. But this restaurant ----. You don't have the right culture. Your process is unfriendly, frustrating, and borderline combative.Two stars because your server was friendly. She tried her best. Otherwise this place is a one star experience, unfortunately.
