I have not been here in 10 plus years, my GF has never been to China Town so I had the perfect reason to come and enjoy some of the most delicious Orange Chicken if not the best Orange Chicken I've ever had LOOOOOVVVVVE the crunchiness. She loved it and can't wait to be back with her to enjoy some more of your delicious food.

We visited Chicago from Houston Texas and made our way to Chinatown after a White Sox Game 09/20/2025. We were looking for somewhere to eat and we're a bit intimidated by the foreign language signage and weren't really sure what we were getting ourselves into. However, we passed this place and our attention was drawn to familiar menu items pictured on the front of the building. It was 30 minutes until closing time and no one was in the restaurant except a local group of presumably Chinese folks enjoying a meal together. We were greeted and sat immediately and served hot tea. We got a medium wonton soup & beef with string greens. The portions were more than we needed by far and the tab was $28 (cheapest meal I've had in a restaraunt). That being said, 100% would recommend and we joke about flying ALL the way back to Chicago just to have dinner here.

Fantastic fare, wide menu choices, classic dishes. My favorite was the beef and mushroom, spectacular flavor, tender beef, and large, tasty mushrooms. Shrimp balls wonderful. Dumplings not quite up to par but noone is perfect.

Me and my friend stopped here before a concert and had dinner. The food was good and flavorful. I liked that we could can the qr code and put in the order for the entire table from our phones. Depending how busy it is could cause problems if you have a wheelchair, but when we went there was plenty of spots and room to move around.

DISGUSTING. Cockroach on the table and the whole place was yuck, literally just moved someone’s food scraps to the already full table next to us. Cockroach ran across our table. They then made us pay after we said we didn’t wanna eat here and the worker lady yelled at us making us leave a tip. So feral, don’t go here.

my only issue was that not all ingredients were listed in the dishes. we ordered “taro spring rolls” and they had pork. we ordered “carrot and corn” dumplings and the most prevalent ingredient was shrimp and that was not stated on the menu. this is very dangerous for people with allergens.

Brother and I were hungry and decided to stop in.
The ha gao (shrimp dumplings) were the only thing that tasted good and were fresh.
We were served food that had definitely gone bad. The lo mai gai (chicken glutinous rice) definitely should have been thrown out. It was BITTER. You couldn’t taste any savoriness from the meat or rice and it had this weird greasiness to it. The reason it was obvious this food was re-served is because the leaves used to wrap the rice were dried out and cracked. The lop cherng fan (Chinese sausage over rice) was probably also using meat that had just been left out and overly dried; hardly had any taste other than grease over rice. The cha siu bao (roast pork buns) were bland. The lo bok go (turnip cake) was deep fried; this is one of my favorite items and it was ruined because it’s an item that is supposed to be pan-seared for a solid brown crust but instead was a soppy white mess.
