Horrible experience at the 41 w 87th at location today in Chicago Illinois management was rude and disrespectful. I will not tolerate poor customer service.
Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean. And food was good. I came during lunch hour so it was a bit tight while eating.
Ran into the Chicago location on Madison and Wells to pick up lunch to take back to the office. When I got back I noticed they gave me about a handful of chips in a giant bag. Literally 13 chips. Bad service and no recipt to give feedback or ask for a refund. Y'all can do better, it wasn't even busy.
