This is one of your rudest Chipotle’s I’ve been to. Also there is no consistency in vinaigrette or guacamole side portions. Not worth the money or the energy.

Food is good but they literally cheat you out your portions. They give you half a spoon of rice then have the decency to tell you they are going to charge you if you ask for the portion that your supposed to received

Fast and that is the only thing going for them. They are very stingy on the meats and guacamole. Planty of rice though. I have visited them 30 minutes to closing time had plenty of food left but stil gave almost half a spoon of barbocoa and less than half a spoon of guac.

Not sure if it was a bad day or it’s just what they teach in employee training but threatening customers they didn’t pay and then giving them a free bag of chips is a concerning practice of business.
The African-American female didn't want to make my order, because she was due for her break, and she made sure I heard it...I thanked her for starting it before she left, because no one else made any attempt...The Latino male who eventually took over was skimpy with ALL of the toppings, not providing the full amount of ANYTHING he scooped/spooned...I haven't been to a Chipotle in years and can see I've missed absolutely nothing...This was my first time at this location, and this will be my last at any Chipotle...

Every experience that I've had at this chipotle has been god awful, but with how terrible my experience was today, I will now not be returning to the location. I always get the same order and I always get charged the same price and I was told by Tatiana, who gave me attitude and literally barked at me telling me that she should be charging me more when I know that she can't. Also one of her coworkers asked her if my burrito needed cheese and I spoke up because I'm literally ALLERGIC to cheese and she yelled at me and told me that "she wasn't talking to me" and that I needed to "shut my mouth". Also, they almost got sour cream on my burrito which I'm also allergic to because I'm allergic to dairy overall because they were moving so fast and so sloppy. There was zero regard for me as a customer. They did not care about me, and I literally felt like I was at Dick's last resort with their behavior. Tatiana especially was awful and clearly hates her job but every person working today was extremely rude and nasty. I will be making a formal complaint to chipotle corporate and I hope they take it seriously. I can see from the other reviews that I'm not the only upset customer.

I got a chicken bowl to dine in. I shook it up and took of the top to see that it was half way full! Then when I was eating, the chicken was burnt. Also, when ordering I was told they only have brown rice available. They obviously ran out of white rice but there still was barely any brown rice left so they gave me a small singular scoop. Overall very unhappy with my experience.
