I Love chipotle! However, I notice there wasn’t any diversity in this chipotle. Only one ethnicity but look at the world we living in. But anyways, I had to repeat my order twice. The lady who did the salsa skipped the guys order in front of me to do mine and I’m like ma’am the burrito is next and then me.Almost as in lets rush her out of here. And didn’t even apologize to the gentleman in front of me! Once the young lady completed my salsas I began to ask for vinaigrette twice and I pointed to the small cups that were in the front. The two that were bagging completely ignored me. So as I’m walking to the cashier the young lady who was bagging asked the guy between the salsa lady and the cashier. What did I have? He said Barbacoa bowl and two hard shells. The young lady next to the cashier literally grabs the hard shells that are covered in a burrito bowl and shakes it almost breaking my shells. I cringed! If I wanted broken up shells I would’ve just ordered chips. But anywho, I proceed to point at the new sauce they have red chimichurri sauce that was placed in front of the guacamole and lettuce; thinking it was vinaigrette asking if I may have one. The cashier Monica says that’s not vinaigrette it’s chimichurri. I said oh okay, may I have a vinaigrette she said yes and gave my total. I pay and leave. Also no other hot sauces no forks just spoons and knives. As I get to my destination I look in my bag and guess what?!?! NO VINAIGRETTE! AFTER I ASKED FOUR TIMES.When I say I wanted to just throw the entire dry, cold bowl away! I always eat it with vinaigrette. My issue is with comprehending and listening. Instead of trying to rush ppl out because of throughput! LISTEN! I will NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! SMH. I couldn’t even finish the food. SMH.

Wanna start off by saying there was a lot of hair in my food. The employees are nice. They’re just trying to make ends meet and will have to deal with nasty customers making life harder for no good reason. That being said, I did find 4 long blonde strands of hair in my food (I have black hair.), and it was a little surprise for me because some of it was peeking out of my bowl and didn’t want to be plucked out easily, which makes me very conflicted as I stare at my hairy $16 bowl rn lol.

It is an absolute no for me. My husband and I had a mobile order for Chipotle - two orders under the same name. We entered the Chipotle - there were two Hispanic ladies behind the counter. One walking over towards the register and the other lady helping a gentleman with his order. We ordered two chicken bowls accompanied with steak and barbacoa. The lady asked me “what can I get for you.” I told her I had two mobile orders and wanted to pick them up. She asked me for my name - I said Pamela. She then looked at me and said “can I see the order.” I said sure not a problem and pulled it up on my phone. She then informed us that for one of orders - they no longer had steak. I was wondering why she didn’t substitute it for the other steak “the our most tender steak” instead of making the order without it. She then told me I can have barbacoa as a substitute and put it in a cup. I asked if that was extra meat - because I ordered extra for both bowls. She stated “it’s in an 4 oz cup - that’s the extra portion.” I then asked again - but rephrased it because we do not have barbacoa on top of my bowl - so giving me “extra” barbacoa in a cup wouldn’t be accurate - as I never received the first portion of Barbacoa. I just said okay and I handed the first bag to my husband. She then said “did I need something else”? And I told her I have another order. She said “what’s the name”? I said they are both under Pamela. She said “can I see the order”? But now I’m a snarky way - as if I didn’t show my phone in the first place. She handed me the second order after verifying that it was my order. What I did not like - was the tone - the facial expressions - and the attitude. It came off a little racist and this will definitely be my last time visiting this chipotle. I do not appreciate the amount of times I had to verify myself - when I visit other chipotle locations - they don’t ask to “see my phone.” Nor do I want someone touching my phone. I do not appreciate the condescending attitude towards me and my husband - because I’m asking a question about my order. Nor do I appreciate the customer service. Acting as if someone is lying about an order - coming off a bit racist and ignoring the obvious fact that I’ve stated several times that I have two orders - is very unprofessional and very rude. I did contact Chipotle customer service about the situation and hope that they work on their customer service at this location.

The skimpiest bowl I've ever seen. Almost no rice, cheese, or lettuce. It is especially annoying since i had to remind the worker to put cheese on my bowl. Also the dinning room was closed with no explanation and it wasn't even 5. Chipotles have gone to the birds across the board, but this experience stuck out bc there was nothing pleasant about it. Tbh don't waste ur money at chipotle but this location certainly should be avoided.

Worst portion size in the entire area. Gave me barely one serving of chicken for double, and dropped my guac on the side of the bowl and scooped the residue back into my bowl without giving me replacement.

1st time at this location and they really give the minimum on each item. When you start out with asking for more rice, you already know how the rest will go. It was actually closing time and this young girl working barely wanted to put a full portion in our chipotle bowl. Had to ask for more tomatoes and corn and she gave us a dab of sour cream. Then she had the nerve to act irritated when we asked for a little more corn and cheese which we don't have to do at other chipotles. She literally gave us like 9 pieces of lettuces on top. At this point after she huffed and puffed... i didn't want to ask for more lettuce and I didn't address her attitude . I just know not to go back to this location. Terrible service
