My Veggie Burrito was very tasty -like always! The nicest Chipotle I have been to so far -sitting area was clean and napkins and cutlery were available (all of this is rarely the case). Staff was also friendly.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. First the employee’s attitudes are terrible. Secondly, I watched the cashier clean the bathroom and then proceed to bag food and ring up customers. She did not once wash her hands. All she did was take off the gloves she had on to clean the bathroom. Needless to say I left with no food.

This chipotle got me sick! One hour after eating my bowl i felt a severe stomach ache, nausea, and now chills. I would double check the ingredients because this is not right. Also workers gave an attitude and small portions

My daughter and I went here yesterday and was treated extremely awful. This my my daughters first time experience racial conflict. We were in line placing our order and the server started making the ladies behind us bowls while we’re just standing there with are bowls of rice and white sitting there getting cold. I told the server hey can you finish our bowls so we can go and she rolled her eyes at me and kept talking to the ladies behind us. We are African American and the ladies behind us were white and I felt like they were totally being racist to us and my daughter got to see that racism does still exist. After standing there waiting on her to finish making the families behind us bowls we eventually said that’s okay and walked out. As we were leaving I could see that the server did not care at all and was laughing about it with the families that were standing behind us. We ended up going to the chipotle down the street on Michigan and wacker and we were treated great there with great quality food. DONT GO HERE IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN THERE RACIST!!

friendly staff & they move the line quickly. store is always clean and nice to sit in for a quick meal…BUT THE GUACAMOLE IS CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE! what is going on?! too many times i have come during my lunch break, got my meal to go and then when i finally sit down to eat back at my job the guac is just mushed avocado, onion and cilantro. no salt, no lime, no FLAVOR!! it is SO disappointing. follow the recipe!? I don’t have this problem at any other location around Streeterville. the guacamole is such a highlight and it’s already SO expensive so I don’t understand why this location can’t follow the recipe! never again. i cannot come back to this location despite all the upsides. how are you messing up guacamole!!?

I Usually order from this location because the food it's pretty good and portions are just right but my last visit my bowl was more than half empty, very disappointed with the food quality as well.
Arrived at 9:15 behind a line of about 8-10 people. The entire line was told they were out of steak and rice, would not be cooking more. Staff thought it was funny, laughing and proceeding to clean for closing duties. When asked about an accommodation for having none of the food ready, cashier refused to get management. Paid for chips and queso only to be told they were also out of chips and had to do a refund. Environment was dirty, lots of trash on tables, floor and drink station.

We visited this place for a quick dinner run. I had ordered a bowl online and for the first time it told me to pay instore. I thought that was weird, as I usually pay online. I went inside and they didn’t have my order. Between the staff member/ cashier and myself we checked my emails, his system and my chipotle site. At the end I just jumped in the line he was very accommodating and apologetic for the issue that occurred. He said that this happened earlier to someone else. He was very thoughtful and considerate during this time.

This has been the worst chipotle experience I have ever had. I went there last Wednesday, and the chipotle seemed understaffed. The staff working were extremely rude and slow. The girl started my order and I got it 20 minutes later (it was 1 item). When asked for extra rice, I was provided half the portion. The food was cold. I asked for a cup of water and I was told they were OUT of water cups, either I had to buy a bottle or a drink cup. (Not sure why a drink cup couldnt be used for water)
Additionally, the person making my food was rude to other customers and delivery drivers.

Disgusting. The restaurant was quiet but hadn’t been cleaned for hours. Not a single table was clean. The serving area was also messy and the food was cold (sour cream and guacamole almost frozen). The staff were monosyllabic and miserable. A very poor experience.
