This Mexican restaurant, located in Chicago's Near North neighborhood, offers a spacious and comfortable dining area, though delivery and takeout options are also available.
The service is very friendly, and the restaurant is remarkably clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

Order was missing ingredients. Instead I was given a bowl full of rice and beef. As much as I appreciate the extras, I am not gonna eat a pound of beef with some rice. During the pickup staff members failed to inform me of that issue or ask if I wanted some other vegetable replacements. Poor communication by the employees.

Need to find a process for pick up orders. The entire purpose of a pick up is to skip the line, yet every single time I come for my food, I’m ignored until the queue is cleared. This needs to be fixed because it’s annoying and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. Also, most employees here are extremely unfriendly and act irritated when I have to finally speak up for myself and ask for my order.
Long wait times only get handful of food.

This is the worst place for customer service in Chicago. People with a bad attitude and looks that make you feel like you're bothering someone. I will definitely never recommend this place 👎🏻

Stopped by Chipotle in downtown Chicago for a quick lunch—service was fast even during the rush, and the burrito bowl was fresh and flavorful. Clean location, friendly staff, and everything was well-stocked. Solid spot for a reliable meal on the go!

How is a taco place gonna be out of hard shells at the noon hour on a Wednesday?!

Location is nice! I got the chicken bowl and it was just okay. I’d make sure to grab some red and green sauce on the side!

The staff look absolutely miserable. The place is filthy. Impossibly and unbelievably slow. The worst chipotle burrito I've ever had as it was clearly made by someone who doesn't know how their burritos usually taste. All the ratios were way off. Components were missing. Feel bad but if you're looking for chipotle in town, definitely skip this location - really bad.
Terribly slow service. They prioritize online orders over people that actually come stand in line. Waited at the front of the line for 20 minutes while they did only online orders. They were rude when they ran out of a protein and we asked how long. No apology, no consideration, nothing.

Google said they closed at 11, so we ordered online for pickup around 10:30. The door was locked when we got there, and the girls inside ignored everyone who tried to pickup their orders. If you’re going to close early, find a way to turn off online orders. 👎🏻

Feel bad writing a bad review because they always seem to be short staffed… but I travel to the area frequently and this store is always out of stock and slow. Want the new sauce or meat? It’s out.. I have been before and they didn’t have any rice?? Forks? Nope. It is frequently a 20 minute experience for me as well regardless of line size.
I just don’t think I can keep giving this one chances. Can’t wait for cava to open. Writing this review as I eat my bowl without a fork (didn’t have any).
