My Veggie Burrito was very tasty -like always!
The nicest Chipotle I have been to so far -sitting area was clean and napkins and cutlery were available (all of this is rarely the case). Staff was also friendly.

friendly staff & they move the line quickly. store is always clean and nice to sit in for a quick meal…BUT THE GUACAMOLE IS CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE! what is going on?! too many times i have come during my lunch break, got my meal to go and then when i finally sit down to eat back at my job the guac is just mushed avocado, onion and cilantro. no salt, no lime, no FLAVOR!! it is SO disappointing. follow the recipe!? I don’t have this problem at any other location around Streeterville....

We visited this place for a quick dinner run. I had ordered a bowl online and for the first time it told me to pay instore. I thought that was weird, as I usually pay online. I went inside and they didn’t have my order. Between the staff member/ cashier and myself we checked my emails, his system and my chipotle site. At the end I just jumped in the line he was very accommodating and apologetic for the issue that occurred. He said that this happened earlier to someone else....
