Ordered a build your own chicken meal and it was missing the chicken. Chipotle gave me a coupon for two free entrees, but I had to buy drinks in order to spend enough money for delivery - then what that order arrived it was missing the drinks I paid for.

I’m not one to ever leave a review but these people working really look like they’re being held against there will when working the front line. I’m not saying you have to smile and be fake but to be so monotone when talking and can’t even talk at you just looking down at the food saying “what you want” is crazy to me. ( I worked retail and food service, I’ve never seen more depressed looking people) I blame management behind a lackluster team that just seems so sad everytime I walk in. Food is fine it’s chipotle not a steakhouse lol it’s not that serious.
Ps- Play some music in the back or something, as a past cook it works wonders (:

Ordered delivery using a free entree since they messed it up badly a previous time. I ordered the same bowl as I always do and pay for but this time it showed up with barely any toppings at all. Barely any meat when I ordered double. Half the usual guacamole. Barely any cheese and sour cream when I ordered double, and the whole bowl was filled with a bunch of rice. Pretty sure they made this horribly wrong because it was a free entree. I’ll just have to have chipotle give me another free bowl and order in person. Do better.

Ordered for delivery from here a double wrapped burrito with double steak, guac, tons of toppings. SMALLEST BURRITO IVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. Straight up you would’ve thought it was a kids meal.
