I have been a regular customer at this Chipotle for years, and never have I been more furious and apoplectic with this location. One of the only reasons this location was truly worth visiting was Lilla. She was, without a doubt, the best worker there (no offense if you see this and work there, everyone else is great). She always greeted me with a genuine smile and was the best person I have ever come across in food service. Lilla was the absolute MVP. Lilla had put in her two weeks notice, and I wanted to come in specifically to see her for her last shift, to say goodbye and wish her luck, and give a gift, only to find out that Giovanni decided not to let her work it. Are you kidding me? Who does that? It speaks volumes about the management here. The feeling is completely off now. The line for food may not move slower, the portions may stay the same, but the energy will be far more miserable. You were already going to lose your best asset, but the way it was handled was shameful. I may return to Chipotle eager for my burrito bowl, but it will never be the same. My Sunday Chipotle meal will never have quite as much spirit and kindness in it. I miss you already, Lilla.

Bruhhhh why is my burrito like a baseball. What the heck?!? It’s like a ball. And it’s so tiny. Ordered pickup very disappointed. It’s literally the size of a nail polish bottle.

I never had someone be so rude to be for nothing!!! I don’t eat Chipotle at all but my friend wanted it and I went in and apologized multiple times for not knowing what she wanted and I was being real nice and the employee was mad at me the whole time, I’m sorry if scooping food into bowls is too much to handle but just because your unhappy with your life doesn’t mean you should take it out on people especially if they are being real nice to you. Management needs to improve bc overall it was very hostile environment and didn’t even eat my food bc of how bad the experience was.

Thanks for making my burrito and checking me out Anna. I understand that you were training someone, but can you also get trained on how to wrap a burrito correctly? you had to double wrap it and on top of that, my burrito was shaped into ball. It is what it is. Only 1 worker out of every chipotle can do it correctly. how unfortunate
