Tried to ask both the employee serving me and the manager and they both denied any issue and said this is “the correct portion” and they are “correcting for over serving before.” I recommend avoiding this location in the future and going to the one on Addison

Barely gave any food. Not worth the money i spent. The meat is sooo fatty. The workers there were great though and very quick. Napkin and drink counter was so dirty and all the forks had a weird liquid on it.

Skimpiest chipotle bowl I've ever gotten. I asked for extra of most of my stuff and luckily opened my bowl before leaving to see that they didn't even put a normal amount.

This place seems to be skimping. I've ordered this same dish from 3 other chipotles in the last 3 weeks (cause I like their new chicken) and this is not even half of what I usually get.

This location is very poor - for pickup orders they skip adding full ingredients you request, like a salad with no lettuce I just received, or if they give the ingredient it is such a small portion you barely notice. Very bad Chipotle

I got a steak bowl with rice & guacamole. About 50% of the meat was all fat. Flavor wasn't really present. I had to keep spitting chunks of fat every other bite. It was my 1st time trying out a Chipotle, probably my last. Especially for the price on the portions.
The only thing i don’t like about this place is that they give smaller portions of food. The prices are good, so is the atmosphere!!

So frustrated. I had a free premium entree reward on my account and guacamole was supposed to be included in the bowl per the offer terms and conditions. The manager refused to honor it, and charged me more for the guac side. He made up some rule that guac on the side costs extra than guac inside the bowl. This is completely
