The beans and rice taste like absolutely nothing, like it was seasoned with water. Not even a molecule of salt or pepper is unbelievable. Took one bite and threw whole thing away what a waste of money. Good when they have cooks on shift that know how to follow the recipes so that the bowls don’t taste like flavorless slop.

This has now happened 3 times where our burrito bowls are not filled up. Considering the cost, we should get a hefty amount of food. There doesn't seem to be any standard of how much is put in or if you don't want a main ingredient, like beans, how they make up for that. One shouldn't be left still hungry after finishing one of these.
