Terrible!! Ordered 3 items online and all of them had the wrong ingredients or were missing ingredients. They missed a whole kids meal. Came back for the kids meal and it was also wrong!!! Never coming back to this location again!

Evergreen Park’s Chipotle might just be the worst in the country—an abomination. I’m not even focusing on the meager scraps of meat in their tacos or the baffling absence of soft shell corn tortillas from a place that claims Mexican cuisine. The real issue? They sold us a container of frozen guacamole. The food is flavorless, and I’m fairly certain they ignore all of the company’s standards. It’s infuriating, especially considering this is a company whose shares are valued at $2,500 each. Chipotle isn’t usually my first choice, but every now and then, I think, why not give it another try? After this experience, I can confidently say this is the most soulless, lackluster attempt at Mexican food I’ve ever encountered.

The food was good but the steak tacos I had were smaller than they were the last time. I preordered and they were a bit slow. At one point the ordering line was to the door.

Came in at 7:30 which is an hour and a half before closing and they really didn't want to cook anymore food. I saw the cook cleaning up and the guy preparing the food was telling everyone everything they were "out of" which was every other meat but chicken. Out of white rice, out of fajita mix and can't take cash payment only card.Worked in restaurants for over 10 years. I know when employees are closing the restaurant and I'm ok with it. But an hour and a half early is too early to tell customers what they can't get because you want to leave at 9 on the dot!

Ordered online and didn't give me half of the meat in my order, food was cold, and they put more green sauce than anything in my bowl. Definitely the worst bowl from Chipotle I've ever had the displeasure of eating and for sure lost a future customer. I order Chipotle frequently at work, thought I'd give the one near my home a shot, but they seem to not treat their customers nearly as well.

I placed an online order. Staff claimed their systems are down so they didn’t get it. They then put together the order on the fly using a screenshot, but still managed to mess up the order missing items I paid extra for. Then to top it off, the bowls were only halfway full. I wish I would’ve taken pics. I don’t recommend wasting your time here; heed the reviews.

We just left this place after leaving the one on 95th Oakley! I mean really, how it’s 11:22am and the food looks like it’s been sitting out all night. Unlike the chipotle on 95th Oakley- when we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The vegetable looked fresh, the customer service was on point, the location was very clean.
