The steak bowl is my go-to item. You can't go wrong with it. Also, it is very affordable . I'll always choose fresh food over any fried food.

Every time I come in this restaurant they’re always out of something or have to make something. Literally everytime. I only come in because it’s across the street from my job. The younger girls got attitudes, always laughing and joking instead of getting the line down. Close it down!

I went in at like 7:50 pm. They say they didn’t have any rice and wasn’t cooking anymore for the night. They don’t close until 9pm. Don’t even waste your time stopping here, it’s always one thing or another.

This is my second time encountering a problem with chipotle and my second review. First it was the Hyde Park location, now the W. 87th street location. Placed an order for a burrito and chips and received another customer’s order. I don’t understand how the employee or employees could not take just a few extra minutes to make sure the order is correct. Please see photos

Absolutely terrible experience. Some of the staff were extremely rude and aggressive. One employee was rolling her eyes the whole time I was asking for toppings to be put in my bowl and when I went to pay for my order, an employee literally tossed the bag of food at me. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. There’s no reason for staff to treat a customer so rudely. I won’t be coming back and I definitely won’t recommend this location to anyone.

I've tried many times but have only had things go well maybe twice out of over 15 visits. It's currently 11:30am and they are still not open. The door says they open at 10:45am I was told by an employee that they are working on big orders and will open when he opens up the door.
