Overall do not go to this chipotle ever they have a agent/police officer that is communicating only excepting mobile orders…like why should you even want a mobile order like is my life in danger for Chipotle on 87th… communication is key and a sign is better for the public!

First and last time visiting this location. I hadn't tried them in a long time although I love chipotle I usually go to the one's north or downtown. And I live south. But I just got off work and it was my dinna. Oan very small portions I have never experienced that. Not only that but charged me 2.75 when I asked that the quac be put on the side. Very disappointed. I could bearly make a dam taco all I had was veggies and some rice. With a tablespoon of chicken.

Doors are always locked when they become overwhelmed. They sent security to the door to say they are taking mobile orders only. I experienced this twice on two other occasions.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I was charged $3.75 for extra chicken, but the employee added only about one-quarter of a scoop. I was told that even this amount counts as extra, which is unreasonable and misleading. Charging full price for ¼ scoop is unfair.

On top of that, the packaging was very poor. The bag was not sealed properly, and food and liquid were leaking out, creating a mess. This shows a lack of care in basic packaging and food handling.

Additionally, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining things politely, the staff member’s attitude made the situation worse. I felt disrespected as a customer.

Between the unfair extra charge, leaking packaging, and poor service, this experience felt more like a money grab than quality service. I expect better standards from Chipotle, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. I can guarantee that every time you come to this one, they are out of food. Literally every time. Waited in line 30 mins just to be told there is no guac. Last time I came, there was no steak which is crazy. They are out of something every time I come here and it’s so ridiculous. And I come early in the day around lunch time so it makes no sense to be out of food already. I’m just going to start driving to different locations at this point.

They NEVER open on time.
The store hours says they open at 10:45a, but they don't open on time. People are lined up in front of the store...but they will no open on time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve given this place plenty of chances but it’s the same thing EVERYTIME. If I want a salad bowl, there’s no salad, want some chicken, it’s a 10 minute wait (which is blatant lie bc there’s no nothing on the grill) out of queso, out of sour cream, OUT OF EVERYTHING. The staff doesn’t give a crap either. This place needs to be shut down.

Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location.
The moment I walked in, the staff were loudly announcing that they were “out of everything,” which immediately set a chaotic and unprofessional tone. Their attitudes were dismissive and unwelcoming, and the restaurant itself looked poorly managed—no trash bags in the bins and an overall lack of cleanliness.

After finally getting my food, I attempted to sit down only to be told I couldn’t because they were cleaning the area, despite multiple other tables being in disarray. For a restaurant that was already out of key items and visibly understaffed, blocking seating for customers made the experience even worse.

This visit showed a clear lack of organization, customer service, and basic operational standards. Truly unacceptable for a brand like Chipotle.
