I went today at around 445 pm they were still servicing people inside, no sign on doors saying they were closed and instead of putting signs up they just stare laughing at people. 2 females behind the counter just looking at me and looked at each other laughing. How unprofessional!

Yall are bogus as all hell giving me a bowl full of âmeatâ I dog couldnât even chew. All fat and chopped up meat. I donât even think it was the right kind. Barbacoa is shredded beef this was mangled meat. Not only that there were 5 pieces of meat total and I paid 17 dollars for an extra meat⊠Iâm disgusted. The bowl was also sloppy. -1000/10

The staff is nice but the way the store is run looks not great. They let meat run out a lot before making more.. happens multiple times. Supposed to have hot meat ready before bin runs dry.. also keep the temp up so food isn't just sort of warm when people ask for it.. food supposed to be hot and fresh. Not warmish.

If I could ZERO STARS. This place used to be one of the last places that offered fresh garnishes filled to the top fresh meat to the top motivated staff and now walking in today they ran out all meat and the veggies and garnishes were at the bottom told us give us five minutes for the steak 20 minutes the guy in the picture never called me back when the meat was ready and got in line seen still no white rice no veggies or garnishes filled. Chipotle as a chain is another place that has gone down the drain with no return. Idk how the people in line were settling for sample sizes of food on their plate.No motivation from the workers. Might as well buy the ingredients at home and make your own itâs faster. All chipotles rating in the city and suburbs are between 2-3 stars no higher that is completely sad. Please avoid this chain all together if you want quality and better service because you wonât get it here

Food was good. However why don't they have vinegarette dressing? I was told by 2 different employees oh we haven't had any in 3 days our blender broke. WELL does Chipotle nor have enough money to get a blender or are they to lazy to make it? Either way very disappointed. And then Jose turns around and starting whispering to the cashier i am to assume about me. Unprofessional!! And when I asked for some green salsa he calls another employee to get it for me and he was standing right there. Then I open my bag for him to out it in the bag. He made a mistake and touched my finger and wiped his finger on his apron like I was a side show freak.
