Bruh. This is the most heavy handed location I have ever been to. No wonder they have the best rating vs other locations in the area.My husband usually only gets rice, beans, and meat. And nothing else. And other locations are super skimpy when it comes to dishing out food. It's not like he's asking for more meat. Just a full serving of rice and beans.Anyways, this location gives you a full scoop and then some. They definitely leave me feeling like I got my money's worth. I appreciate that. Especially when You're paying $10+ for mostly rice and beans.Not only are the servings substantial, the food actually tastes good. The rice and beans were cooked properly. Ive experienced crunchy rice and hard beans more times than I can count at other locations. The meat was juicy (I got steak). I also asked if I could have a taste of the new chicken and was given a cup with a couple pieces. Not my thing but I appreciated not getting any attitude for asking to try it. Also got a side of chips and they weren't stale! ?? Although our bag was mostly tiny broken pieces. My only ask is they fix the coke. It tasted really bad.If you get a craving, I definitely recommend driving out of your way to this location.

“ I have no change”Firstly, this is not the first time I’ve been told thisnonsense of a sentence at this specific location.Secondly, whatever change there is should ALWAYS be given to the customer unless stated otherwise. It’s not my fault you don’t have change or mad because the i didn’t wanna let my change go as a tip or let it slide.Thirdly, to the girl who cashed me out (wearing black round glasses I think names JOCELYN) Fyi me wanting my change isn’t me being rude or having in attitude, it’s my right and MY MONEY whether it’s a penny or a dollar. I get sick every time I go to this location. Today I picked up food for my co workers and when I asked for lemons one of the ladies asked the person in charge How much to give me or how much to charge and the lady said within ear shot “tell him we don’t have any”. I had money in hand so either she just wanted to be rude but doing it within ear shot is beyond rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I came in it said my order was ready they didn’t even start it! The manager super rude About it, I showed her my app that she was sitting there talking to her employees about me, which is completely unprofessional. I’m very sad because I love chipotle but I will not be returning here.

This restaurant is open until 10 pm, supposedly, but every time I go in to order Barbacoa they are always out, and I have to wait 20 minutes for more. It doesn't matter the time of day whether it's 6 or 8 pm I have to ask for the protein that I want to eat. Today was the cherry on top, I went in at 9:28pm just to buy an Agua fresca, only for the cashier to tell me that there is no more. Isn't Agua fresca just: the juice and deluded with water? Its such a shame at this location, it's always out of something.

This is my third time coming here and the first time I actually have an issue. For starters the woman who took my money (Jamaya) was just rude and seem to have been bothered. Before I tapped my card to pay for my food, she asked if I needed anything else I told her just my dressing for my salad. I dined in. Not only did she not give me my dressing, but when I asked for another one she gave me a dirty look. After I offered to pay for it, she just handed it over. To top it off, the tables were also really dirty. I had to clean the one I sat at. Even the woman who prepared my salad, seem like she was in a bad mood. I am really big on customer service and I shouldn’t have felt what I felt as a customer.The vibes were just so negative all together. I guess I’ll think twice about coming to this location.

Customer service is abysmal. They will allow you to put together a salad and then tell you at the cash register they do not have salad dressing. I asked to speak to the manager who then told me this was because the blender was broken. If you know you aren't going to provide the complete order let the customer know before they start ordering that you don't have salad dressing. To do otherwise is attempting to steal from customers who have invested time in ordering their food.
