I ordered a steak bowl and asked the young lady for cilantro. She proceeded to put extra steak on my bowl that I dod t ask for. When I asked her about my cilantro on my bowl she told me that she had to ask her manager. So thr manager comes over and I tell him that I wanted cilantro on my bowl and that I didn't want the extra steak and that I shouldn't be charged for it. This man told me if you want your cilantro, are you gonna tip me. The staff was rude. I also asked the security guard if I could use the restroom, and he told me to go somewhere else and he was very rude about it. I've never had to deal with such unethical employees. This particular location should be investigated by Chipotle corporate office.

Place was packed when I went so it was a good 15 minute wait to the counter..they were out of fajita mix, i got barely a scoop of rice and meat, the pico was mostly juice because it was bottom of the barrel and they forgot to put my lettuce..the employees didn't even speak to anyone and it gave school lunch room vibes..not friendly at all..

Terrible experience more than once. I ordered online for a 1:00pm pickup. I made it by 1:15pm and my order still was not ready. The manager (Hispanic lady), was dismissive and rude! My lunch was not ready until 1:35. My lunch is over at 1:45. No apologies no ownership whatsoever...

I'm a daily Chipotle consumer, this by far has to be the worst location I've ever been to out of the 20-30 different locations I've been to and no place comes close to this one.
Slowest line ever Worst portions ever (even if you pay for extra) The worst customer service I've seen, even the managers have the worst attitudes. The worst part on top of everything is the flavors of their proteins are incredibly off
I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here, just go to any actual Mexican joint to make a better value off of your $10-15

I had never been disappointed by this location until this week. I didn’t even finish my bowl because there was no more chicken or salsa at the end. My bowl hardly had any chicken at all. It wasn’t busy so I don’t know what the excuse was. Shrinkfaltion???

Food is good, management habits. People were lined up for store to open @ 10:45, many weee public transportation users, timed for their buses or train. Store managers appeared to be preparing for a catering job, which took precedence over the walk in customers, the people were knocking on the window and this real short security guard came hollering expletives & screaming wait until the staff gave the ok to open the door. Well praise the Lord , I drive. I left, knowing I don’t have to beg anyone to take my money. I went home & made me EXCELLENT TUNA!! Won’t go back there!!

Very, very bad customer service, all the time you go 20 people stands in a queue, only one person taking customers while all other i don't know what they doing in a kitchen. I pay cash today They make me wait for my change for 30minutes after I felt embarrassed I left. Cashier was very rude. I'll never come back to this location.
