Worst customer service except today the woman that made my chipotle order her name was Caliah
She didn't serve me the rice I asked for and she was very rude!! She asked me if I wanted anything else and I said no but when she asked me again she had a very visible attitude!! Super unprofessional and it was disgusting I believe she should be fired because why does she have so much a rude attitude about the situation anyway!! She's not kind at all and I feel sorry if anyone else has to deal with her attitude

Honestly, I wanted a quick salad with steak. Chipotle is usually a safe choice. The steak had no seasoning. I had to add seasoning to my food. The food was bland. Positive is the veggies were fresh. They were out of a few items but it was 6pm. I can forgive that, but food not being seasoned is unacceptable

Only in black neighborhoods they try to tell you how you should customize your food, I came here asking for my cheese to be melted on the tortilla instead before making the taco & was told “they don’t do that” but when I go downtown or to white neighborhoods they do it with no problem! Then I asked for a quesadilla and was told “it’s online order only” lazy employees at its finest, on top of that the chicken was over cooked, veggies was still raw and the rice was hard. Do better!!!

On the door the open time reads 10:30am … however, they don’t open the doors until 10:45 am or later. It 25 degrees in Chicago everyone does not have a car.

The Staff were rude and extremely disrespectful and you would think that they needed hearing aids how many times I needed to repeat myself, then when I got home and started eating the chipotle I had a sick feeling of needing to throw up and so did my friends, this place is really something nasty, from the workers to the food.
