Everytime I go there they have NOTHING no guac, no queso, no chips, no hot sauce no steak. Like WTH lmao. Do go there. You’ll be mad as hell after waiting in that line to find out they have absolutely nothing.

The last time I visited this location, the chips were stale and the overall food quality could have been better. Service and atmosphere were fine, but the freshness wasn’t up to par compared to other Chipotle locations. For example, the Jackson location across from DePaul consistently feels fresher and more consistent. This spot could definitely improve on food quality control.

Had a good experience when I went today (3pm on a Thursday). Generous portions and courteous staff.

This is easily the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Everything was a mess, nothing was ready, the employees were getting into fights and it took them 20 minutes to take my order and it wasn't even busy. The quality is trash, it's flavorless and undercooked. Save yourself the time and money and never go to this location
Thee worst Chipotle I've ever had. The place is nasty. They don't clean up, food is all over the place and the staff is uptight. Them mean mug you, huff and puff if you ask for extras sauce or extra anything. I had to stop going to the Hyde Park location. If I want Chipotle I travel out of my way to get it.

I ordered an kids meal while on my lunch break, the employee asked me what my
Sides were I told him rice chicken cheese , sour cream He proceeds to put rice cheese and sour cream in the trey with no chicken . I simply asked where will the chicken be placed he rudely said why you didn’t tell me, at that point I asked for the manager he walked to the back came back to the front and said the manager had left, as I was asking who could I speak too the manager walks past and looks me in my face and continues walking, I then stated so that’s not a manager ,the employee said , What u need him for. I politely walked out I will step foot back into this establishment

I come here fairly regularly because I live in the neighborhood, but it pains me to have to write this post. I have yet to ever come in here and have a quick and expeditious Experience. The wait time is only in incredibly long even we’re just a few people in line. The prep station is usually very messy and The burrito burritos are not folded properly and put together like slop. There is never any cutlery or hot sauces. Service is incredibly slow and needs to be trained properly as this is an ongoing issue

This is the nastiest chipotle in Chicago. Poor customer service, poor quality of food, dirty environment. It’s just so trifling. The chips were so freaking stale, the rice didn’t taste fresh. The queso tasted like a week old queso that you stuck in the fridge and try to reheat. I waited over 30 minutes to get a freaking bowl that turned out to be so nasty and servers was so rude. I asked for a water cup and the server said to me I ain’t got no water cup for you??? I thought water cups were complementary? Only ever visit this chipotle if you are in the mood for nasty food and badly behaved attendants. A 1 star rating is too high for this branch.

This chipotle will take 15 minutes to go through one person. They are consistently out of food. The manager and staff are unorganized and overwhelmed.

This is the worst location in Chicago. The chicken was chopped so small it resembled minced garlic. I inquired about the issue and was insulted by the employees. They assumed I was speaking about the portion size (which was horrible) however, I was speaking about the texture. I had chicken and steak in my bowl. Once I refused the bowl they picked the meat out and placed it back on the serving line. Remind you I had chicken and steak. Can you say cross contamination? Mixing chicken with steak and placing it back on the line. Horrible! Avoid this place at all cost.
12 workers behind the counter but it took over 10 minutes for them to serve me and only 1 other person in line. This has happened multiple times and is kind of frustrating.

“Can I get a rewrap”, I heard 15 times in the time I waited for my burrito. Why can’t they roll a burrito properly?
