Chipotle Mexican Grill

The customer service is trash the staff attitude are the worst. I’m spending my money and the staff isn’t making the order correct but want to be upset with the customer. Please avoid this place at all cost!!

Hello Chipotle crew! This restaurant is my old friend Ben's favortie restaurant in Hyde Park. We tried his order together and I thought it was delicious!

I’ve traveled the world and lived in several states in the US. I love chipotle and eat it all the time. But this is not only the worst chipotle in the United States but it is the worst restaurant on planet earth. It’s become a meme amongst my friends to order from this chipotle and count how many things are wrong in the order. I’ve received burritos from this chipotle that I would not serve to my worst enemy. The other day my wife got a bowl so bad that she actually broke down in tears. Once in a blue moon it’s edible. Sadly, it’s the only one in Hyde park so every few months I try to order, but it’s always the same. they can’t role burritos. The food is undercooked. I beg for no sour cream and they slather it in sour creme. I wouldn’t be surprised if this wasn’t even a real chipotle. Every time i eat chipotle in another city or state, i think about this chipotle and I thank God that I’m anywhere else.

This the worst chipotle I ever been to the people that work there don’t speak or read English and get orders wrong all the time

They did it again I was helped out by the general manager and her professional skills was tested today by some but she kept it cool. The food was on point and I ate everything I almost ate the damn bowl that's how amazing it was.

Remember these employees already have to deal with bullshit at times don't go in there with your bullshit to make they day worse. Be respectful get your food and get your ass out of there or just go somewhere else.

If you want to save time and money, DO NOT GO HERE!! 1. Terrible customer service. 2. Under cooked rice and burnt chips. 3. Poor amount of goods in-stocked. 4. Bad management. 5. Slow moving lines. 6. Always getting the orders wrong. 7. An unclean environment. This company is a franchise, and they don’t care about the decency of this location, it’s horrible notion of only obtaining money is what left this place in such ruins. Please, go any where for false identifying Mexican food.

This is an update to the previous, poor, 1 star review that I left. I order through uber eats and let me tell you, sigh. I ordered a veggie bowl with actual veggies on it, and they some how got that wrong, they gave me a lot of under cooked rice, with hardly no lettuce, hardly no cheese, no beans, no other veggies, and no green salsa. The chips were mixed with under cooked chips and small amount of old chips. The driver didn’t have blueberry izzie cause they didn’t give it them, and when the driver went back up there to get it, they wouldn’t give it to them. I didn’t even get the utensils and napkins that I requested. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR RESTAFF THE ENTIRE STAFF. No more chances, I’m done.

Fast and hot

Disappointed! The food was bad. Steam table was nasty. The customer had to tell the staff to stop and clean it up. Sanitation red buckets were not present. Bringing out carnitas from the Rational oven that's in a plastic bag, should have been prepared in rhe kitchen. Instead, it came out the kitchen in a plastic bag and poured into the dirty pan that was on the steam table.

I ordered a chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, mild salsa. Why would anyone put the chicken on top half of burrito, rice in the middle of the burrito and the beans at the bottom of the burrito? Burrito is missing the fajita veggies and the mild salsa. Doesn’t make since not to spread the food evenly throughout the burrito. I only at the top half of the burrito that had the chicken. Horrible burrito

The food is good, but it's just not clean enough for me. I worked in food service 30 plus yrs. so if you know, you know.

I just ordered through uber eats, steak is burnt . My seal was broken on bag . This restaurant just threw a sprite in the bag, and didm’t even have the courtesy, to call and say we ran out of coke, what would be your choice. Threw everything away.

This is the worst food I have EVER had from a Chipolte. Guacamole too salty with huge onions. Steak burnt in my bowl. Food cold. Chipolte Hyde Park has the worst food. I looked at their food a couple of months ago and walked. I should not have placed an on line order from them. A total waste of my $23
