I usually don’t leave negative reviews, especially for a location I’ve been coming to for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

I went to this Chipotle after school with my friend and ordered two steak bowls. From the start, the employee serving me had an attitude. I was polite and clear about my order, but when I asked for steak, I was met with rudeness. I waited a few minutes for fresh steak, which was fine, but when it was added, I was given barely any. When I politely asked for a little more, the employee placed one small piece of steak on top and responded with an attitude.

At the register, the cashier also had an attitude first when I told him I had two bowls, and again when I tried to use a Chipotle gift card along with my card.

When my mom and I tried the food at home, the steak was undercooked, red, and pink, and honestly disgusting. One of the workers even mentioned that he prefers the steak more cooked. Since we paid $25, we went back to ask for properly cooked steak or a solution. Instead, the front employee began arguing with my mom and insisted that the steak was made “the way they’re told,” even though it has never looked like that before.

What really crossed the line was when he started explaining our situation to other customers in line, which was completely unprofessional. The employee that served me she also began arguing with me directly. I remained calm the entire time, but the staff continued to have attitudes.

The only employee who handled this professionally was a tall employee who seemed like a manager, who stayed calm and respectful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was rude and dismissive.

In the end, we did not receive what we paid for, as they ran out of steak after charging us for steak bowls. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location, and sadly, it will be my last time coming here.

Easily one of the chipotles I’ll avoid if I have to. The lines are always long, but that’s not the major issue surprisingly. For the location to have been here for as long as it has, they should have an ample supply (considering you should know your rushes (lunch, after school, dinner)). I went to this location last week, of course after school with my son and nephews, (the new Chick fil a moved faster and we came in during the after school rush!), as I stated line nearly out of the door so I told the kids to sit down. The line seemed to be moving then abruptly stopped. They ran out of something. Possibly chicken, but not one employee or MOD gave an announcement instead the line was stopped for well over 10/15 mins. By that extensive amount of time, I, of course, instructed the kids to eat their meals considering the time it was taking to get mine. Minutes later, the security ( and no hate to her ) informed me that you cannot eat anything else besides chipotle inside. I would’ve understood more if I wasn’t a customer, however I was in line for 30mins AT LEAST, and these are kids, young ones. Finally the line is moving and I get to the front of the line, and the customers in front of me are told exact change or card. Personally, I know of the shortages but why not have posters up or TELL THE CUSTOMERS while we were in line for so long. Needless to say, they had to go get exact change just for when they are gone, the manager tells the employee they have to round. Again, an avoidable situation. So again, this is still a chipotle I’ll avoid and only go to if it is my last resort.

Went in at 9p (they close at 10p) and they were already out of brown rice, black beans, lettuce and guacamole. A couple of people in front of me left. I was going to get a veggie bowl but l opted for chicken instead. Once I got my order and sat, l was told I couldn't stay because dining area closes at 9 PM. Again, the store closes at 10. If they’re going to do that, there should be a sign at the entrance and announcements made. smdh.

This has to be one of the worst Chipotle restaurants I’ve ever gone to. I typically order a burrito bowl with two types of beans, no meat and fajita mix. They are always out of brown rice and fajita mix. The line seems to always be long perhaps because the workers don’t move as organized and swiftly as other locations. The person putting the rice in the bowls always seems to move quickly but the ones adding the toppings move like everyday is their first (or last) day. I understand that they may be busy but they are definitely in need of better management and a better service routine. In terms of food, it’s pretty standard in terms of what you’d expect from the Chipotle brand.

If I could give a negative I would. All that money on a VEGGIE BOWL!? Where was the chicken? What did I pay extra for double meat for if I was gonna be given a veggie bowl!

The workers are mean and work very slowly. You can see many workers standing in the back doing nothing. Almost always out of chicken or steak and making everyone in line wait 15+ minutes.

Usually one employee on the line making burritos with a line out the door. Add 10-30 minutes on your pick up orders and it will be ready then. Employees have low morale. Their low wages, environment, and mismanagement are probably variables. Find another location is my recommendation.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I got chased by a man outside of here the other day and ran in here for safety. Mind you, the front of the shop has a huge window to see the entirety of the inside. I told an employee the situation and said “I’m faking ordering because he’s watching me right now”. You want to know what they replied? “Why don’t you just sit down?” Are you serious? That was the only thing you had to say about the situation? No one else said a word to me the rest of the time I was sitting there waiting for the man to leave.

Worst Chipotle I have been to. Horrible customer service, and the food is not hygienic due to faulty handling by workers.

In THIS Chipotle, the staff all know how to properly wrap a double-wrap burrito. Their burrito skills are excellent. I wanna go around to other Chipotles and tell them to step up their game 😩

This chipotle is okay , always slow and full of teenagers. The workers sometimes have a attitude and don't listen! Rushing is their thing .
