The staff is terribly rude. I bought two bowls and the woman making my bowl got my order wrong. I probably informed her that order was wrong and she had to audacity to attempt to argue with me. Explain to her that all she had to do was remake my bowl in that she made the mistake. She then went on to go back-and-forth with me about why I wanted my bowl remade. They also give you half portions of everything that you ask for. Overall, this place needs new management and staff. They are very incompetent.

I sent a message thru the chat only for them to say I can go to another store. Team members were moving extremely slow & the store was nasty as hell, food& paper all over the tables and floor.

In the fast food sector, the truth is that it is a good, delicious and economical option. I tried a bowl of chicken al pastor and I was surprised that it was very, very good for the Chipotle restaurant segment. For short budget trips to the US. it is very worth it.

Found two pieces of plastic in my burrito bowl, steak was dry, and they ran out of guac at 4pm
Completely messed up a simple order. Now they will not refund. It's always chaotic and loud. No more ordering from there. Another place that will eventually waste away due to lack of customer service, quality of food and accountability when things go wrong.

PLEASE help me understand why its so nasty in here!!!!!!!! There is an abundance of staff here but dinning area is completely neglected. Had I not paid prior to arriving, I would've turned and walked right out. If this is acceptable for the public to see then WHATS HAPPENING IN THE BACK!?!?!?! On the upside, the young men working the counter were really polite.

I've given Chipotle the benefit of a doubt. I see so many people in line for the bowls, but the location I go to are a hot mess.first, they ignore what you want on the side when it comes to the sauce for the burritos the steak is never cooked right i just dont understand I was so upset I spit the steak out and forgot to take a photo now I'm at a stand still about ever going back my daughter use to go there almost twice a week but the last time she went something with terribly wrong that spoiled her appetite for Chipotle ever again now i feel the same the steak is still pink on the inside and nice looking on the outside.but guess what i can't never seems to enjoy there steak it taste like fresh blood and are very tuff every bite i took i had to spit it out didnt enjoy at all ive gotten to point were I'm tired of having to keep complaining about my food so the only way to slove that is to stay away.i wanted to go back to the restaurant but i changed mind trow the whole burrito out and today on 03/06/2024 I'm just throwing my receipt away...Parking: I always take the bus when going to that location.Kid-friendliness: I sent nothing in Chipotle that makes a child happy to be thereWheelchair accessibility: I've seen no indication of how a wheelchair was supposed to get around if that person wanted to go there to eat
