Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff was friendly, however I shouldn't have to pay for double meat in order to have a meal. The amount that was offered, is something that I would give to a child!

I bought a Carne Asade bowl and paid $22 and some change. No drinks ornguac. The girl literally would throw back meat that's in the spoon so I had to ask for extra meat. You can buy a steak dinner to go for this money and get more steak. Get the hell out of here with these stingy portions

I was I could give it a zero! On the date of December 6 2025 at around 1140AM. I walked in and was not greeted by any of the staff; they just stared at me while they talked. The cashier, Hispanic lady with glasses was very rude. This has been an ongoing trend at this location and I will not be spending my hard earned cash at the brickyard Chipotle any longer.

I had a great experience today at the brickyard Chipotle. The carne asada tacos i had were probably 4.3 out of 5 star quality. I could tell it was high quality beef used and guac as well. Only reason I didn't give 5 star is because they were stingy with guac portion on tacos. Add a bit more guac to tacos and beef and I'll giv3 5 stars.

Not bad. The staff were fine. The place was clean. The bowls, including the new carne asada with red chimmichuri was good, but unfortunately they really let me down on the chips. We were lucky if we got a half dozen full chips in the whole bag, the rest were crumbs and bits. Not great quality control on that particular bag.

Damn every chipotle is bad now …the beans here tasted spoiled…idk the food taste awful

I live coming here because it’s so close to my home. But this location I feel needs help in the kitchen. Every time I go in the white rice is always under cooked. I just paid $14 for a steak bowl and the rice was hard super unsatisfying, I tried to give it chance but 3 times in 3 different occasions is ridiculous that the rice is always under cooked, do better pls

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle spot. My bag came all wet and ripped. My bowl was open and my queso blanco was missing. At first I thought it was drivers fault. once I opened the bowls the food was cold and the beans didn’t taste very pleasant. My mother in law ended up puking everything out 15 minutes after she ate the food. I got the food 10/05/25 and the next day she’s still feeling sick. I tried to get in contact with the restaurant and the operating machine told me to talk to “pepper.” I did just that. once I did she told me someone would get back to me. I inquired about a refund, and immediately the chat closed.

This Chipotle location has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order, the food is barely lukewarm, the meat has no seasoning, and the overall flavor just isn’t there. On top of that, the customer service is terrible.

I live very close by, so you’d think this would be my go-to spot, but it’s so bad that I’d rather take the extra drive to another Chipotle location where the food is hot, seasoned, and the service is actually decent.

Avoid this one if you can.

i came in 2 hours before closing the young girl attending with the reddish brown hair was visibly upset when i asked for two bowls she rushed through the making of them and closed my bowl before i was done asking for all my toppings then once i was at the register i asked for chips too and i was ignored i doubt these girls are working for free i also work customer service i understand having a bad day but when ur at work its not ab u or ur feelings

Honestly good flavor and decent portions, nice staff but everytime my fiance and I go we end up with a bad case of an upset stomach and diarrhea

Anytime I order third party, it’s always a hit or miss whether I get my Chipotle Vinaigrette. Can ya’ll make a mental note or something to double check that 😂 that’s the reason why I order. 🥲
