Chipotle Mexican Grill

I come to this location a couple times a week with my wife. Everytime now they don’t give you a full scoop of protein, they grab it and shake off half of the scoop of meat and give you the rest or they give you the scoop and they don’t give it all and put the rest back. When you ask for fajitas they grab a small portion and you have to ask 3-4 times just to get a normal portion. This is the same process with corn, sour cream, and cheese. This is just ridiculous! If you want to raise prices for a burrito bowl that’s fine, but don’t start giving less on portions too! Very bad experience!

They are VERY , VERY Stingy ! They hardly put any food in your bowl I have to keep constantly asking for more and then when I ask for more, they literally just put a pinch. When I asked them for a little more, they get mad !
I even remember ordering them through Uber eats. There was hardly anything in my bowl.
This is probably a very common complaint that people have with chipotle in general, but it’s the TRUTH !!!!!

They seem to be rationing the portions, they’ll take a soon of chicken and shake half of it off and call it a full portion. Asked for double chicken instead and same thing, got charged for double chicken with the portion of 1 scoop. Ridiculous.

This is the nastiest and dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been to. 90% of the tables were dirty, with food from people spilling all over. It just looks like this place has never been cleaned not to mentioned how dirty it looked behind the counters. I was so disgusted I couldn’t finish eating my food. Every angle of this place was dirty.

HORRIBLE. I ordered a carnitas bowl and every piece of meat was BURNED. Not edible at all. The white rice wasn't fully cooked so it was HARD. Terrible food. Bottle of coke was warm. For the amount of $$ I paid this is unacceptable. Could be the location but still unacceptable. Never eating from this location again. ZERO STARS. Do better Chipotle and employees.

Wort experience ever and i usually go to alot of chipotles but this one has been by far the worst of all DONT COME to this one unorganized and rude
First i get here order my food just how i want it and like it than i get to the finish of the line and pay for my food turns out they gave me some one else bowl not to mention had to ask the cashier why he charge me for extra meet I didn’t ask for that than they said they were going to remake it told em how I want it it they did it so fast i knew they didn’t do it rite asked the cashier if they added guacamole like the first one he said yes ! Do went to a table and open the bowl to find out they didn’t add no guacamole no meet just rice bean
And sour cream went back to the cashier and told him I didn’t want it i wanted a new one gave attitude and was disrespectful till he said get back in line now i had to get back in line just so they can make it rite than i go and try to fill my cup with sprite to find out is out of sirup and is just carbonated water !!! This place need to be re trained and get organized ill give 0 stars if could need better managing

I love this place nice place with good parking because it's in brickyard and the service is great sometimes good sometimes bad but last time I was there it was great very respectful. Food is amazing!
