Chipotle Mexican Grill

Been coming a while, food has always been outstanding and they never give small portions! However atmosphere could use some work but I understand it gets busy. Still my go-to chiptole.

i came in 2 hours before closing the young girl attending with the reddish brown hair was visibly upset when i asked for two bowls she rushed through the making of them and closed my bowl before i was done asking for all my toppings then once i was at the register i asked for chips too and i was ignored i doubt these girls are working for free i also work customer service i understand having a bad day but when ur at work its not ab u or ur feelings

Honestly good flavor and decent portions, nice staff but everytime my fiance and I go we end up with a bad case of an upset stomach and diarrhea

Anytime I order third party, it’s always a hit or miss whether I get my Chipotle Vinaigrette. Can ya’ll make a mental note or something to double check that 😂 that’s the reason why I order. 🥲

I went in the store today as the black guy was making my food. I stated that there was a little portion. He said it’s OK. Do you want more? He was really nice. I thanked him and I asked another girl with a star on her face. she was white I asked what was his name. She told me she could not tell me his name. She was really rude, but I just wanted to thank the black guy for being so nice. He made my experience better because usually I don’t have a good experience.

Usually great, but disappointed this time.
I come here often and rarely have any issues, but yesterday was a different story. I asked for both barbacoa and steak, and let them know I was fine paying for double. The barbacoa tray was almost empty, so the employee barely put any on. I told him he could just add more steak instead, but he didn’t seem to understand and kept trying to scoop from the empty barbacoa tray.

Then, when I got to the cold toppings, everything felt rushed. I wasn’t sure if he added corn, so I asked twice, and he assured me he did. I got home and—of course—there was no corn on my bowl.

I usually have a good experience here, but this time I felt rushed and not listened to.

I still ended up paying for double meat, even though i barely got the full 4 oz of either the steak or barbacoa

I come to this location a couple times a week with my wife. Everytime now they don’t give you a full scoop of protein, they grab it and shake off half of the scoop of meat and give you the rest or they give you the scoop and they don’t give it all and put the rest back. When you ask for fajitas they grab a small portion and you have to ask 3-4 times just to get a normal portion. This is the same process with corn, sour cream, and cheese. This is just ridiculous! If you want to raise prices for a burrito bowl that’s fine, but don’t start giving less on portions too! Very bad experience!

They are VERY , VERY Stingy ! They hardly put any food in your bowl I have to keep constantly asking for more and then when I ask for more, they literally just put a pinch. When I asked them for a little more, they get mad !
I even remember ordering them through Uber eats. There was hardly anything in my bowl.
This is probably a very common complaint that people have with chipotle in general, but it’s the TRUTH !!!!!

They seem to be rationing the portions, they’ll take a soon of chicken and shake half of it off and call it a full portion. Asked for double chicken instead and same thing, got charged for double chicken with the portion of 1 scoop. Ridiculous.
