I ordered through the Uber eats app and they forgot the most important thing of a burrito bowl.. THE PROTEIN! They forgot to add my Chicken AlPastor and I was left with a lettuce and bean bowl. I usually love Chipotle but this really irritated me. I was really hoping for a great burrito bowl with Chicken AlPastor.

This is the 5th time so here’s a review.I placed an order 22 minutes ago. The app said it was ready 5 minutes ago. I get there and they tell me 10 minutes, serving everyone in line first. It was 31 minutes from the time I place my order and it was handed to me for takeout.Poor operation. If you’re carful with your time, avoid this place for the time being, until someone who knows what they are doing comes in.

I've been to several of these and always the same issue. I know that I'm not going to get enough meat to feed more than one person, but I barely get enough for just one and when asking for a little more I get veeeeeery little or told I'll have pay for a second serving when I barely have one serving.

Really had no issues here up until today.One person had ordered 500+ tacos during lunch time, no issue with them ordering an order of that volume, but they chose to make that order with no heads on the staff there.I would imagine chipotle has protocols in place to help managers split up the team to provide service to this client and their other clients instead of dedicating the entire team to this individual clients order during lunch time. This prevented everyone else from getting food.Just wild to think this was an acceptable practice.

Come on Chipotle, this is a disgrace. I wish I was able to video me flipping the rice. I come to chipotle for a healthier option, but honestly I could’ve gone across the street to Buffalo Wild Wings and got deep fried wings with less grease. This was the worst quality bowl I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming here anymore.

the employees were standing around talking to one another, and I felt rushed when I was at the counter, I had to keep repeating myself. I could tell that they didn't care about me or my order.

Ordered online from here and I was really disappointed. I ordered extra topics and not only were they light on the bowl but I barely had any chicken on mine! The bowl was mostly rice little to no topics or chicken!!!

Not sure how their service is in person but if you ever decide to order online from them you should just expect for your order to be 100% wrong. They have made this mistake multiple times I have ordered and I’m done.
Delivery drivers always take the wrong order. Employees have to remake your order after they clear the line. No point in ordering online.

The female employee who was putting toppings on my bowl yawned directly on my food she bent over and yawned all over it. I politely asked them to remake it due to that, they gave me attitude about it but remade it, they remade it with wrong ingredients. When I ask them to refund or remake they refused saying they already remade it once...the manager refused to give me her name and was being aggressive. Harlem irving plaza location is miles better than this trash location full of fake good reviews.
