My order was missing 2/4 items. The bag was sealed so I know it wasn’t the delivery driver. I opened my burrito bowl to find steak mixed in with my sofritas (I am a vegetarian and meat makes me deathly ill. This is disgusting). I tried to report it to chipotle who said that I need to contact DoorDash. DoorDash won’t give me a refund on a bowl that I literally CANNOT eat. It isn’t even doordash’s fault it’s chipotle. They’re the ones that made it and bagged it. This is the second time I have witnessed food contamination at chipotle. Yall could really hurt someone or worse with these food safety practices.

The steak and rice was so bad , my god i’m a regular come in about 3/4 times a week and today was so bad. Whoever made the steak and rice today please change the cook. I always come here this is my favorite spot and my first time having an issue.
