I live close by to this chipotle and what it has turned into the past year should be studied. We pay for a scoop of protein and they put 5-6 pieces of chicken. You can clearly tell the scummy manager is telling the employees to skimp out on the protein since the employee is purposely pouring some of the scoop back into the container. I would say they serve a quarter of a scoop of protein. Let’s not stop there. To fulfill the goal of a “large” bowl, they decide to pour a gallon of sour cream all over that it was leaking when I opened it. And now the price. I got 5-6 pieces of chicken and I asked if I can get a little bit more for which I did get another 5 pieces. I got charged for double protein. I finally decided to throw away the bowl after eating a quarter of it. Food is subpar, employees look like they don’t want to work there, and this has been a downfall chipotle. I would recommend the Skokie location. This chipotle either needs new management or needs to be done.

Good food and the young people working there are very professional, provide good customer service and are friendly. ???. I always tip them??

Parking: They have a parking lot but you can also park in the other nearby lots.

This is the best chipotle I’ve been Ava Rachel and sally are my favorite employees they always get me right and are the coolest employees I’ve met 10/10 would recommend coming to this chipotle ??

I really enjoyed the beef barbacoa it was cooked perfectly not to soft and hard enough so you can chew through you food , the team mason , Adela, Gigi , Natalie actually made it a great experience

Says it closes at 10. I show up at 9:50 and they don’t let me in. Quite lazy !

The overweight white manager purposely makes the poor employees skimp out on portions and over charged me once for a veggie bowl for double meat even though there was no meat . don't let these clowns scam you

God damn. Could you turn down the music? There is no reason for me to repeatedly have to keep stating what I wanted on my burrito. Like sheesh!

Plus there should be a sign that queso is extra. Didn't know that. But will ask going forward.

Horrible service today. Ordered a lifestyle “wholesome” bowl for $16. Barely put any greens in it. The salad, and chicken portions was subpar. Tried to call and their robot makes it difficult to reach a real person. Uber eats wasn’t much help either, bad experience all around.

I don’t know why I bother ordering here anymore. Absolutely no attention to detail. I either get meat added to my Veggie Bowl or no guac on the Veggie bowl. Something is always missing or wrong. I don’t know how to inspire your staff to care but I’d advise finding out.
