Food was terrible. Meat and beans was dry and cold. Never get a burrito here, they don’t know how to wrap it. Burrito completely fell apart no matter how many times I tried to redo it. food kept falling out. With how slow it is right now you would’ve thought they could wrap it the right way. There was some lady stocking things at the drink station slamming things, tables are dirty trash is full and there’s people standing around staring out the window doing nothing. Absolutely unacceptable, and this is coming from someone who also works in a restaurant.

Worst Chipotle in Illinois. I ordered 2 adult quesadillas and got EXACTLY 4 cubes of meat and a less than teaspoon of shredded cheese in each quesadilla. Each was mis-cooked because when I got home all the cheese had dripped out along with 4 cubes of meat sitting under each quesadilla as they all had fell out. And they charged me $24 for the 2 WORST quesadillas in Illinois. As a Chipotle stockholder this Chipotle is completely embarrassing and a disgrace to the Chipotle brand. DON’T EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.

If you’re even slightly hungry, avoid this location at all costs! Everything being reported in the news about them skimping on portions is 100% true, especially in this place. I had to walk out because they literally scooped six cubes of chicken and four cubes of steak on my burrito bowl? Absolutely ridiculous.

Consistently incorrect orders when ordering online. They either forget things or omit them all together. The salad is a joke, you get like four leafy greens for an entire bowl. The picture is before I even took a bite.
I stopped going to chipotle because the portions kept getting smaller and the prices kept growing..I went to HS down the block and used to go there atleast 3 times a week for years..So it was awesome to come back for the Halloween promo (sadly it used to be a BOGO deal if you had a costume) so I got myself a bowl for $6 .. which the bowl itself was 7/10 but I already knew what to expect becuase online orders are notorious for getting smaller portions .. (not only have I heard but I've legit tested it 4-5 times where I picked up the same order that I made while in store and it was always less online..But that's not the point of this long review.I guess it was nice to see one of the employees (I wish I got her name)But she was the one starting the bowls.She saw me wait in line just to order "a side of protein" she was so nice.And she gave me a very nice scoop for my "side".I might just have to stop in again and see if the curse of "tiny portions" is actually over.. ?Parking: It shares the spaces with the "immediate care" place next door but they close so early.So usually in the afternoon after like 3-4 there is always parking.Most people who come to this location walk in

Quite literally the worst tasting Chipotle I’ve eaten (and I’ve eaten a lot.) The chips are always stale, the food always bland. I hate that this location is the default one to my house in Albany Park when I order for delivery when the one on Foster and Cicero is closer and exponentially better.

At 1:50pm Oct 27th I called this location to ask a question regarding the food and this man hangs up on me in the middle of talking. I call back multiple times because I needed the answer, everytime they hang up or let it ring. Definitely never coming here and neither are many friends in the neighborhood.
