Excellent burrito. Maybe one of the best I’ve had from chipotle. Employees were very nice. Food was fresh and burrito was FIRE!

We went to this chipotle last week and the guy at the food counter was clearly high in some way. He was staring off into space, struggling to comprehend basic instructions, and making tons of basic mistakes like trying to out crispy tacos into a kids meal tray for some reason. I had to correct his mistakes and tell him how to do his job multiple times. When we checked out there was a crowd of people by the register waiting to exchange or return orders with mistakes in them.
Okay, one bad week can be forgiven. We came back just now and were told their system was down and they were only accepting online orders. But they were “making it right away as soon as the order comes in.” So we submitted an online order and waited around for 15 minutes while they made other orders for people who weren’t waiting around the restaurant. Then they made more mistakes in our order like making soft instead of crispy tacos and giving the wrong size drink.
Go here if you want them to waste your time and mess up your order. Otherwise, pick a different chipotle location.

Terrible don’t come, tables are all dirty, staff gave wrong items even though they were told what to put on the bowl. Very uncleanly. We all ordered the same thing and was given a different price. Go to another chipotle

They open the doors late, my order was promised at 10:00 AM and they didn’t open the doors till 10:11 AM. Horrible Service.

It’s an ordinary chipotle, but I would never sit down and eat there: they never dust the fixtures and you can see the dust buildup from several feet away. Disgusting I don’t need dust falling in my food

I walked in, and the supervisor was on his cell phone. I ordered chips and guacamole, but what I received was unacceptable. The chips were overly greasy, drenched in oil. and the guacamole was brown, I mean brown!!! This is not what I expected. What is going on here?

Had to ask to order food. No Seating it was a high school lunch room packed full highschool kids. Very bad atmosphere. Takeout because of no Seating.
I can say the the flavor of the food was good and Id go back for that. Unfortunately, one bad apple spoils the bunch... Thin African American young lady with colored braids has an awful attitude and creates a bad environment for fellow employees as well as customers. Again, food was good.

Worst experience ever! Ordered from this location for a school fundraiser. Picked up the food and when we arrived home we noticed a burrito bowl was missing. Tried to contact the store to replace this meal and the store doesn’t take calls. I had to use their AI Pepper and after 25 minutes I was finally refunded my money for the missing food and my only option was to reorder the burrito bowl, which I did. I got home and the burrito bowl had only a small amount of rice and 2 tiny pieces of chicken for $12.00. The kids meal I ordered for $6.00 had way more food. Again tried to contact the store but Pepper said they were unable to help me with my request. Chipotle’s customer service is seriously lacking.
