Can’t finish my bowl. Fajitas veggies are raw. Rice is plain with no seasoning or cilantro. Steak was chewy and tasted not only different but was incredibly spicy.

I feel pretty disappointed that I paid money for this. Have learned my lesson to never order pickup from Chipotle again, this is the smallest bowl I have ever received. 😩
**updated** Chipotle emailed me and basically just said sorry without any kind of resolution. Really disappointed. Any small business would have treated me better than this massive corporation with the ability to right wrongs such as this. Going to stop buying from Chipotle completely as this has left me feeling very cheated.

This place was a mess when I went. And as with every Chipotle in Chicago, you can expect to listen to an unnerving mashup of the music the restaurant is playing, and at equal (sometimes louder) volume, the music the employees are playing, that they're not supposed to be playing, but they don't care. So you're always hearing two songs fighting each other at all times. It's pretty wild that management allows this across the whole city.

I specifically drive out of my way to go to this Chipotle because I thought it was better but I guess not 😔 Mobile order was 20 minutes late and this is what I got. $11 for a baseball sized burrito. I feel like they just played in my face. How did y’all look me in my eyes and hand me this 😭 I’m mad AND disappointed
