I feel pretty disappointed that I paid money for this. Have learned my lesson to never order pickup from Chipotle again, this is the smallest bowl I have ever received. 😩
**updated** Chipotle emailed me and basically just said sorry without any kind of resolution. Really disappointed. Any small business would have treated me better than this massive corporation with the ability to right wrongs such as this. Going to stop buying from Chipotle completely as this has left me feeling very cheated.

This place was a mess when I went. And as with every Chipotle in Chicago, you can expect to listen to an unnerving mashup of the music the restaurant is playing, and at equal (sometimes louder) volume, the music the employees are playing, that they're not supposed to be playing, but they don't care. So you're always hearing two songs fighting each other at all times. It's pretty wild that management allows this across the whole city.

Don’t order online, they complete short change you on protein and fillings. I received half a burrito and a bowl with hardly any chicken. Order in person and keep an eye on them.
If I can give this chipotle 0 stars I would. The dinning area is so filthy. Garbage everywhere, on the tables, on the floor! I don’t know how people were actually eating inside.
I went there the first time and gave them a decent pass bc the guy seemed to be new and was severely under serving every single thing. I’m not asking for a shit load of food but he was giving half spoons of things. I asked for double chicken knowing I’m willing to pay for more and it just lacked. I think there needs to be a better measuring system to create some consistency. I want what I am paying for.

We went to this chipotle last week and the guy at the food counter was clearly high in some way. He was staring off into space, struggling to comprehend basic instructions, and making tons of basic mistakes like trying to out crispy tacos into a kids meal tray for some reason. I had to correct his mistakes and tell him how to do his job multiple times. When we checked out there was a crowd of people by the register waiting to exchange or return orders with mistakes in them.
Okay, one bad week can be forgiven. We came back just now and were told their system was down and they were only accepting online orders. But they were “making it right away as soon as the order comes in.” So we submitted an online order and waited around for 15 minutes while they made other orders for people who weren’t waiting around the restaurant. Then they made more mistakes in our order like making soft instead of crispy tacos and giving the wrong size drink.
Go here if you want them to waste your time and mess up your order. Otherwise, pick a different chipotle location.
