I've eaten here more than once, and I usually order bowls due to the high carb content of burritos (and I love burritos - I just know the drawbacks to some types of tortillas), but as with most chains with steam table service you'd do well to pick items that look like they've been put in a tray recently. By all means, try the al pastor (if it's still available) or the barbacoa.

TERRIBLE customer service. One store associate misunderstood a very simple order and and accused me of not ordering it correctly. No manager was of assistance either; I left without my food - which was only two taco entrees (dinners as I referred to them as) and actually placed a complaint against this store right away. Visit another location until they hire more professional staff. The food is only good because it's Chipotle'. This is the most terrible experience I've had at Chipotle.'

They let someone else take my food and instead of replacing or remaking it, they gave me someone else’s random order which was a kid’s plain quesadilla and rice… I paid more then 20$ for my meal and got literally a fraction of food… don’t go here if you want people who semi care about your food and service…

There’s a girl here with very long white hair! I have no problem of them using their phone but gloves are for a reason so I don’t understand why are you touching your phone with gloves on and then with the same glove she grab the salad and put it on the bowl!!! Smh that’s just disgusting!! I really wanted steak but the steak look burned and dry :(

Filthy. I have never seen a Chipotle this dirty in all my years. Not a single clean table, trash on the floor, and garbage containers overflowing. Most importantly, not a clean counter surface in the food preparation or kitchen area. Genuinely worried about food safety and sanitation. They may be understaffed, which I appreciate, but something has to change. I will be reaching out to corporate to make a report.

Rude employees. The first employee (in charge of making your meal) was very unfriendly. Asked everyone in front of me "what do you want"?! And was rushing everyone while they tried to list what they would like in their burritos.. While she had her airpods in. The cashier was also rude. Every table was visibly dirty with food and the fountain drink area was equally dirty with no lids.

The food here is usually ok. However, the rice was undercooked and hard. I asked for guacamole on my salad and got a half an avocado that was hard as a rock (un-bitable) in a bit of soft spread but the two items we ordered were ok. The price? Outrageous! $40 for a rice bowl, a salad and two drinks (plus guacamole). We took our meal to tables - understand everyone is struggling for staff but EVERY table was smeared and filthy, the floor was splattered and disgusting and every garbage can overflowing with trash! One employee named Jak was lovely and came to wipe a table for us after I mentioned the state of the place. Jak was a highlight! The doors are smeared with food, there are wrappers everywhere. Why would I ever ear here again when I can have a hygienically sound experience with wait staff and a full service experience elsewhere?!!! Tragic! This used to be a go-to. I will not be returning!

Disgusting store. Employees are very careless. Completely missed the bowl when adding cheese, sour cream, etc. left it all on the counter and then smeared everyone’s bowls/tacos in it. They all look miserable. And not a manager on site to speak with.
