While I love the food, I get tired of asking the crew clean and wipe down the nasty countertops. This is getting old.
The ServSafe certifications are on the wall but they are not executing what they learned about food safety and preparation.

This place solely exists to process online orders. Stood in line for over 20 mins with only 4 people ahead of me. I was next when the burrito artist took 4 separate online orders ahead of me that had just been laid down while the guy ahead of me ordered. Won't be back.
We ordered at the store and the line was a bit long, but we waited anyway. The staff was very overworked and had to prepare a bunch of online orders. However, when we got our food the burritos were so loose that everything was falling apart and wouldn't stay closed. I can't completely blame the staff since it seems that they are just overworked. Chipotle really should consider having a separate grill for online orders, you can't expect the staff to fulfill both orders without any mistakes.
This is the closest chipotle to me for three years, so I was frequenting often until I noticed this location is consistently bad. Everything is dry and very bland. I recently have gone to the chipotle in Wrigleyville on Addison, two times in a row, and it brought me back to that normal chipotle feeling both times. You can taste the cilantro and flavor in the rice, The meat is juicy and they give you good portions of it. You can taste the ingredients, they’re fresh. Something’s off with that Broadway location.

This used to be the best chipotle I’ve ever had and I would come so often it was embarrassing but the past few months they’ve been really skimping on the portions, especially the rice and meat. Normally I’m not one to complain about that but it’s noticeably less and it definitely doesn’t feel worth what I’m paying anymore. Very sad because it’s absolutely delicious at this location.

Don’t order through Uber Eats. Not the first time this has happened. Unless you enjoy paying full price for half portions, don’t bother ordering online. You’ll only get what you paid for if you’re there in person, watching it happen — it’s the only way to make sure they treat your order properly.

This is the worst branch I have dealt with in terms of price and they are stingy. The workers here are very bad.
How do you get a refund from chipotle I’ve tried contacting customer service for a refund bc this location always gives me the wrong items / doesn’t prepare my order correctly. The chat on the app does not function correctly.
Great team at this Chipotle location. The food is always fresh and the staff are attentive and thoughtful when making the meals.
Entire staff needs to be re-trained
Not only is this location the worst with portion sizes, but their menu prices are the highest in the area. Over priced skimpy light scoops. Check out the photo, hardly any chicken. Go to another location.
