Every time I’ve gone to this location the rice has been crunchy and they don’t put enough meat to even make a straight line. I was actually shocked I know Chipotle skimps on meat but this was on another level.

A man fainted while dining at this location- none of the staff stopped working to help this man nor did they assist in calling an ambulance. Thankfully myself and other patrons helped him and called for medical as he fell and his his head. I called out the staff for doing nothing and am seeking corporate management. Do not support this location

Staffs need to learn how to properly roll a burrito. It is horrible when your burrito falls apart every single bite. No mixing, bad rolling.

Love it when employees play videos on their phones at full blast two tables away while I'm eating. At least the kitchen wasn't playing their own music louder than the restaurant's music in this Chipotle, which is standard at most Chipotles in Chicago.

Food is decent. The customer service is downhill. Your cashier needs to be retrained. Your staff that works the line needs to be retrain as well. Don’t sigh at me when I say oh I have one more order. If I’m a bothersome to you; probably you shouldn’t work the food industry.

While I love the food, I get tired of asking the crew clean and wipe down the nasty countertops. This is getting old.

The ServSafe certifications are on the wall but they are not executing what they learned about food safety and preparation.
