As others have said, expect a half portion if you order a bowl online. Bowl also had things missing and ignored where I had requested extra. I would of complained if it hadn't taken so long to get in the first place. Also the person doing online orders was intent on making more orders rather than bagging up and handing out the ones they'd already made. Shame to waste my free reward but at the same gotta be glad I didn't pay for that experience.

On a Monday afternoon the restaurant was out of rice. Instead of taking orders you need to not take orders or allow online ordering. Horrible customer service. Waited 40 mins for my order to then not get what I ordered is pathetic.

I placed an order at 12:40- was supposed to be ready by 1- here I am 20 minutes later still waiting on my order. The app doesn’t allow you to cancel the order at this point as the store has already “processed” it although that is not true.

The food was great, but $25 for half a bowl is not cool. The dude with the dangling earrings needs a break, vacation, or a hug. Somebody, please. I just ordered a steak bowl with all the toppings, and a third of bowl was used as a handle and stayed completely dry. I smiled, greeted everyone & laughed the entire time. I felt like I was receiving free food and needed to stay quiet & be appeciative.

Bit of a mixed review for me. They have gotten better regarding the quality of the food (the steak in particular is much better than it was a year ago). My only suggestion about the food would be that they add more onions and less peppers to the fajita. It’s pretty much all peppers. The customer service is so-so. They’re not very friendly, and the guy at the register is always on his cell phone, but they are prompt and do give you what you ask for. However the portions are generous, so that’s nice. Also, they always get the order right if it’s a delivery. I’d give them a 3.5 if I could. Really the only thing that kinda needs a tuneup IMO is the customer service. But again, not a dealbreaker for me because the food is tasty.
