Typical fast food garbage that doesn’t care about the quality of the food. Avoid at all costs
If there were a “WORST Chipotle STAFF” award, I would bet on this store to WIN!
The service was absolutely terrible. They made me wait five minutes just for cleaning, then pushed all the food containers to the back and the worker(A big guy with small glasses) asked what I wanted to order. I didn’t ask for red chili salsa, but the staff put a full scoop in anyway. I asked for lettuce and even double-checked because I had a feeling he missed it. He, in an annoyed tone, told me twice that he already put it in. (When I got back to the office and opened it, there was no lettuce. See photo,-where is lettuce?) This place is truly awful. My mood was completely ruined by the terrible service here. The Chipotle near my home provides great service, but not here. I’m never coming back. You’ll likely experience the same frustrating service that I had.
3 different times I’ve been to this location within the last 2 months and each time the doors weren’t unlocked when I came to pick up my order. Even though the employees seen me standing outside (well after the opening time of 10:30) they don’t open the door. Three times this has happened! And when I finally get let in the store, my online order has not even been made yet. It’s so incredibly frustrating.
Tiny portions of protein, not even enough to fill a 100lb human.
Cashier just yelled at someone for pickup because the cashier handed me the wrong food and that person tried to correct them. Clearly overwhelmed employees at the front.
Portions not great, oftentimes experience delays on online orders
I got a chicken bowl with rice and chips and guac through an online order. When I picked up the food it was sealed which is okay but when I opened the bag I was presented with guac without the chips, and my bowl came without rice. Highly recommend going in person to make sure you get what you order.
This place has really gone down in its food quality, employees and cleanliness, it is horrible. Today’s chicken was super salty and not edible. Unfortunately I did not eat it u til I came back to my office and threw it all away. Also the staff is very vulgar and unprofessional during the entire service. Also the tables were very dirty as well as the utensil area. They need to put a manager in place that cares.
My son visited this Chipotle location on Saturday, January 25th and ordered a chicken bowl. Unfortunately, the next day he got sick with vomiting, diarrhea, and a headache. I waited over a week to be sure it wasn’t the flu, but food poisoning.
And yes, no one else in the house had these symptoms, which leads me to believe he got food poisoning from eating at Chipotle.
Did anyone else report a similar situation around that time?
Please ensure that the food you serve is fresh and that your employees come to work healthy.

I come here to pick up my orders and it’s now been at least twice they gave me the wrong order and the employees take so long to remake my order and don’t bother to apologize for wasting my time having to come back because of their mistake. Most of the time my order isn’t at the shelf when the app says it’s ready to be picked up.

I live south east and this is the best Chipotle!! I only get to come when at work and since this location been opened, I’ve never had a bad experience! Thank you!

Put an insufficient amount of steak in my burrito and insisted that to get more I’d be charged for double (additional $5.45). If you want to have a burrito only filled with rice this is the best place you can possibly go. I wish I walked out before paying.
