I usually enjoy Chipotle and order the Veggie Bowl because I’m a vegetarian. Somehow there were pieces of chicken mixed into my bowl. This was disappointing, as it completely defeats the purpose of ordering a vegetarian meal and dietary preferences and restrictions should be taken seriously. I had to stop eating my meal, which was frustrating and wasteful. This experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the staff can be more careful about cross-contamination going forward, especially for customers who specifically order vegetarian options.

I experienced RACIAL activity yesterday it was my first time and it was so dis heartening 😭💔As walking to the front door I noticed it was closed but the cooks was still in the front I knocked they didn’t acknowledge me or even looked up I went to the other door and knocked cause maybe that was the wrong door so I went over there they looked up and still didn’t acknowledge me I was picking up a delivery that was just chips. So I went to the receptionist that was next door and asked what’s going on how do I get my order he said just knock a little harder and told me they come to the side door to give food so I went and knocked again they looked up and looked down 😔I went to the other side same results so I decided to walk to my car and I see other delivery drivers walking up they they came and gave her food quick she was Mexican . so I got out my car and asked why did I get ignored she said “you was banging too hard “ which was after the receptionist told me to knock a lil harder I felt so sad 💔💔💔someone else walked up and they came very quickly for the other guy as well he was white..I felt my skin tone made them judge me

It seemed like there was sand in my food. I had a burrito bowl with all the vegetables and at least one of them was not properly washed because the texture was super gritty!!!

Terrible service i ordered a double chicken bowl and christopher rung me up for double carne asada. I saw the price was $18 so i was like ?? I had to literally ask for a receipt after i was told “you are all set” Don’t go here if you wanna get scammed for your bowl. I showed christopher the receipt he told me that double chicken is the same price as extra carne asada. it is not. I payed $7 for nothing. Didn’t even get the carne asada.

The food was horrible. I ordered meat and had to spit out most of it. It was full of fat and other non-chewable stuff. Very disappointed. The service was okay, but the line was very long. I guess no one trusts them putting enough protein via online order.

If there were a “WORST Chipotle STAFF” award, I would bet on this store to WIN!
The service was absolutely terrible. They made me wait five minutes just for cleaning, then pushed all the food containers to the back and the worker(A big guy with small glasses) asked what I wanted to order. I didn’t ask for red chili salsa, but the staff put a full scoop in anyway. I asked for lettuce and even double-checked because I had a feeling he missed it. He, in an annoyed tone, told me twice that he already put it in. (When I got back to the office and opened it, there was no lettuce. See photo,-where is lettuce?) This place is truly awful. My mood was completely ruined by the terrible service here. The Chipotle near my home provides great service, but not here. I’m never coming back. You’ll likely experience the same frustrating service that I had.

3 different times I’ve been to this location within the last 2 months and each time the doors weren’t unlocked when I came to pick up my order. Even though the employees seen me standing outside (well after the opening time of 10:30) they don’t open the door. Three times this has happened! And when I finally get let in the store, my online order has not even been made yet. It’s so incredibly frustrating.
