I come here to pick up my orders and it’s now been at least twice they gave me the wrong order and the employees take so long to remake my order and don’t bother to apologize for wasting my time having to come back because of their mistake. Most of the time my order isn’t at the shelf when the app says it’s ready to be picked up.

Put an insufficient amount of steak in my burrito and insisted that to get more I’d be charged for double (additional $5.45). If you want to have a burrito only filled with rice this is the best place you can possibly go. I wish I walked out before paying.

Seems to always be an issue the last couple times I ordered online; this time I didn't see my order on the shelf and waited 10 minutes then finally asked about it, and my receipt was on the counter and hadn't been started yet. My salad bowl was slapped together and then the chicken dumped on top as they forgot to put that in first.
Lots of workers were just standing around not doing anything about the online orders when there wasn't anyone in line.

Haven't been in a while but went twice recently and had issues both times. This latest time the food wasn't ready when it said, and I waited 20 mins past the pickup time before going to the counter and THEN they made it. The burritos were super sloppy with sour cream all over the outside, but the worst offender was that they arranged them sloppily also, so going from top to bottom it was all sour cream, then all beans, then the meat at the end. Again, this happened both times, so not a one-off. What the hell.

The Monroe location needs to open on time. Advertise 10:30am open but the last 2X I've gone at 10:30am, they did not lent anyone in until after 10:40am. I've personal watched, including myself, people in line outside at 10:30am leave to by food elsewhere because the doors are not open and some of the employees are just sitting and eating inside the store at 10:30am.

Do not order delivery from this location. They are incompetent and have forgotten salad dressing (vinaigrette) for the fifth time.
I went to this location on my break and the African American heavy set girl was being very rude and got my order wrong after I told her three times what I wanted on my bowl . I don’t understand why have someone like that in front fixing food she clearly doesn’t care about her job . She rolled her eyes at me the entire time she prepared my bowl then I had to go to the front of the line again to have it remade .

Sour cream everywhere! I got to this Chipotle and it was absolutely packed; line through both doors. The service was quick though, and I got my Chicken Al Pastor bowl pretty quickly. The only problem was this man absolutely drowned me in sour cream! The bowl was still good, and the chicken al pastor was saucy with a nice adobo flavor. Is it better than regular chicken? Maybe. I think I paid $11 for the bowl. I give it a 4 star review, although it would be funny to contribute to the “downfall” of Chipotle ?

This location has been slowly going downhill and has officially hit bottom. I'm normally ok with an issue here and there, but this app order was messed up beyond reason. I didn't ask for any sour cream... and they basically gave me a bowl that's drowning in sour cream. My pick up time wasn't even during a busy time (11 am). I have nothing against sour cream but this is disgusting... And all of this ignoring that I picked chicken al pastor and they gave me regular chicken.
