There was this woman with a sky tattoo on her arm, and it was blue, wearing glasses. She was incredibly rude and had an obvious anger problem. She blew up and tried to argue with me because I politely asked if someone else could help me with my bowl, since she had thrown everything on it herself. This happened in front of the customer behind me and her managers. They really need to address her behavior or consider letting her go. No one should feel unwelcome or like a burden, especially when I was being nice and respectful.

The employees deliberately ignore anyone waiting to pick up an order even if no one is in the regular line and 10+ people are waiting for pick up. They won’t respond to anyone politely asking for help and avoid eye contact and walk away from customers picking up after other customers pay at the register. They have no problem instantly coming over and screaming at anyone who touches the bags, though.
I’ve waited upwards of 30 minutes past my specified pick up time at this location even though my food was ready because they were ignoring me and so many customers ahead of me.
I wouldn’t have left a bad review for just this but my burrito also wasn’t even halfway wrapped in tinfoil and was just loose in the bag, and also wasn’t even wrapped closed so it was just a flat mess of rice going everywhere. Which is a pretty typical experience for this location.

The burrito bowl I received was completely different from what I ordered. Yes, it looked just like this when I opened it, sloppily made. Since they don’t take calls, I couldn’t figure out if I could reorder what I originally wanted. I won’t be doing delivery from here again.

servings are a joke and very inconsistent. my bowl was half pico de gallo with like six pieces of meat, and i ordered in store. chipotle on belmont is much more consistent and worth the additional 10 min walk. 0 stars

Everything was fresh and hot. The service was great too. I love chipotle and the variety to eat. The fact that you can create what you are craving is the best part.
It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a Chipotle, if this experience is indicative of the quality these days I wouldn’t eat here again. The rice was uncooked, I had an onion skin (instead of fajita veggies) and the guacamole was brown. In addition my online order was ready 20 minutes after the pick up time.
