My neighborhood spot I come in regularly and food and service are always good. I didn’t ask for the lady manager on shift today but she ran the line by herself and her service was phenomenal. The way she multitask is on another level. Always happy to come in for a quick fix.

Ive lived nearby for over a year. Ive ordered here probably 20 times and literally not one time has by order been right. They are always missing a drink , chips, wrong toppings, etc. Its becoming a running joke inside my family. I love Chipotle but this one's service is awful.

I've always enjoyed the quality of food at this location and never had issues with that, but it seems marginally less customer service oriented than some other branches, and slightly less clean (e.g. tables cleaned with dirty cloths, leaving foggy streaks). Their opening time is listed as 10:45AM on the door, but this morning I stood outside from 10:40 to 10:48am in -2°F weather with at least 5 employees inside (and one entering and locking the door behind them). At 10:48am, I left. If their hours of operation have changed, this should be reflected on the door so someone isn't left standing outside in dangerous weather.

Extremely rude service. After I paid for my meal, the staff were giving me a hard time about the bathroom code. They wouldn’t tell me the code and told me to look at my receipt but I had already thrown it out. The guy who rang me up still wouldn’t tell me the code, even though I was a paying customer. I couldn’t believe this was real. Additionally, the portions were extremely small. I was extremely unsatisfied between the food and service, safe to say I will never go back.

I live a block away from this location and wouldn’t go back here if I was starving to death. Go to the Belmont location. I ordered a chicken 3-pointer (rice and chicken) & this is how much chicken he scooped, the bowl was not shaken this was the exact amount given. I asked for a little more but he said I’d have to get double if I wanted more. I’m not one to ever ask for more but thought this portion was ridiculous. I should’ve walked straight out but I paid and ordered a small drink but the coke was out. While waiting for them to change it I decided to get a refund for it all and leave. Worst chipotle location in the area by far

The chips were really oily and chewy, my chicken was raw, they were out of rice! The people were nice but the tables were gross and the countertops were nearly invisible because they recovered in food

We ordered guac with our burrito bowl and they included hard unripe large pieces of avocado. It was so hard that you couldn’t even cut through it with a knife. Absolutely terrible quality.
