What is the standard here because my cat could fold a burrito better and it was about 40% smaller than any time I have ever had a burrito from Chipotle. Lesson learned. Too expensive to miss the mark.

Nothing but issues when ordering from here. Their delivery is garbage. food always spilling out of the containers, missing items, stale food. Not even worth the money. I tried to contact a representative but it keeps cycling me back to the app and then back to their website. It’s an endless loop that keeps you from submitting any grievance.

Unfortunately 90% of the time I order Chipotle to be delivered the order is incorrect from this specific location. I was giving the store the benefit of the doubt during baseball season when it gets a little crazy over there, but it just happened again. I ordered a chicken salad and there was no salad.

This is a bad Chipotle location. The chips were unsalted, stale, and wet (literally a couple soggy chips). And the bag was very undefilled. The guacamole had zero salt; basically just mashed avocado and onion. The rice was under done and crunchy. Friendly staff though.

I'm a big fan of Chipotle and I've been to many locations in Chicago. This is by far the best. Friendly staff, quick wait times, and always fresh meat & food. This is the one Chipotle I can count on to be on point every time.
Out of half the proteins, employees are so jaded they could care less, and overall very dirty. Tables are disgusting and food prep area is gross ? They are just making food on top of waste with no care for cleanliness. Will never return to this nasty dump again, left with no food. 8/23/23 8:40

I love Chipotle - probably go to/order from other Chipotle's every week. NEVER order from this chipotle. Since the pandemic we have ordered from this one easily 25-30 times. They have NEVER gotten an order correct. Not a single one. I have brought this up to the store, via survey, via customer support email and nothing has changed. If you want to order Chipotle, use postmates instead of the app, and choose literally any other location.
