This is my nearest by chipotle so I always come here And this happened I Just about 30 minutes ago 02-06-26 at 10 pm. The service is always bad the young folks that serve up in front and honestly, you could never sit anywhere because the tables are so nasty and dirty. Today was horrible. I got a kids meal quesadilla and they had no kids meal plates and they just wanted me to leave because they didn’t have it. I’m like can you just put it on a bowl? They proceeded when I got to the cashier charging me on something that should’ve been like six dollars Charging me around $17. I said that he had mistake them and made the young folks redo my order to get me the same thing at the end of the day honestly, just being a hater because he didn’t like the fact that they put the stuff on a bowl plate because they didn’t have the kids meal plate instead made them put them on the actual side cups. plus he had Forgot to give me my apple juice and also my kids chips. If you’re gonna be charging Extra for stuff you might as Well, remember my stuff??. Horrible service from the cashier guy with the square glasses With the beard/white hairs.

Today I visited around 8:00pm. When I first arrived I greeted the young Latino guy at the beginning of the line. He seemed agitated because I patronize the business fave frowned “what can I get you”? I said please give me a second. Again, he seemed annoyed because he had to wait or work. I literally took no more than 2 minutes to start ordering nor was any other customers in line. He started slamming my food. I asked are you ok?? He said what I say you fixing my food and tossing it like I did something to you. He mumbled something and I simply replied I haven’t done anything to you. Forcefully slide my food to the next associate and says anything else ? As a customer of Chipotle for many years he should have been asked that. He was so upset then tried to attempt to his duties properly. Again customer sucks, and the line was not clean and food looked horrible. Will never enter this location again if any for that matter.

Really upset when I asked for a little bit more meat, like a couple more pieces and the employee said no. I’ve been supporting this neighborhood chipotle for years. And this how you treat long time customers. Does not open in time…says 1045, and they are not open.

I ordered this food for takeout. When I opened the container and was about to eat, I found a hair inside the food.
At first, I thought it was just a short hair, but when I pulled it out, it turned out to be a very long, thin hair that seemed to be buried deep in the food and kept coming out from the bottom. It completely ruined my appetite.
Because of the heavy snow today, it was very difficult to go out, and I was not able to return to the restaurant for a replacement. In the end, I had no choice but to throw the food away and go hungry.
This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience, especially regarding food hygiene.

I ordered pick up and had to stand at the counter for a while.
Someone eventually spoke up to grab someone's attention from the back.
Then I mentioned I had an order and was handed a bag and I asked for a drink and they said it was in the bag...which was sealed.
I drive all the way home and it's literally just a cup sealed in the bag.
Not the biggest deal but seems like a practice that ive never seen done any where and makes no sense from the customer standpoint.
Also my food was just cold and really really really wet... pretty sure the chicken I requested was actually steak as it's very dark.
shit happens oh well but ima atleast tell you about it

I ordered a bowl of honey chicken. My bowl had barely any meat in it. Mostly rice. Disappointing.
Same thing like the last time I ordered. Chicken bowl- barely any meat in it. Rice kind of hard. Don’t order at this location, you will be disappointed. Mentioned the same issue couple of months back, no improvement whatsoever. 👎

I got a bowl today for lunch. They open at 10:45 I arrived at like 10:55, I ordered a bowl with steak,$ the steak wasn’t ready yet ok no big deal. When I made it to work to eat they rice was under cooked, the cheese isn’t the original cheese that Chipotle uses this cheese is a totally different texture. This just reaffirms why I stopped going to this location the customer service is always bad the food is mediocre and it’s just a totally waste of money at this point maybe they should take the extra 15 mins to cool the rice properly and just open at 11.

Horrible experiences. This chipotle used to be really great. Now they are nearly out of certain meat/topping EVERY TIME. They also give you no meat. Last time I went, they threw 4 pieces of chicken on my bowl, when I got double, it was nearly 10 total. Things need to change here, either restaff or close the location.
