I got a bowl today for lunch. They open at 10:45 I arrived at like 10:55, I ordered a bowl with steak,$ the steak wasn’t ready yet ok no big deal. When I made it to work to eat they rice was under cooked, the cheese isn’t the original cheese that Chipotle uses this cheese is a totally different texture. This just reaffirms why I stopped going to this location the customer service is always bad the food is mediocre and it’s just a totally waste of money at this point maybe they should take the extra 15 mins to cool the rice properly and just open at 11.

Horrible experiences. This chipotle used to be really great. Now they are nearly out of certain meat/topping EVERY TIME. They also give you no meat. Last time I went, they threw 4 pieces of chicken on my bowl, when I got double, it was nearly 10 total. Things need to change here, either restaff or close the location. Absolutely horrible chipotle: Do Better

The food is good but the service is bad. The door and the website says they open at 10. They never open on time. This is the 2nd time I placed an online order and it wasn’t ready or they were still closed at 10:15. Clearly they need a new manager and staff. Not only that they don’t open on time, but they will say that your order is ready for pickup in the app so you aren’t able to get a refund since the app thinks the order is fulfilled. This is the medical district and people need to get back to work so efficiency matters. I do not recommend this location. Worst one In Chicago. Even Englewoods chipotle had better service.

Worst location ever. I ordered two bowls through Uber Eats and the employees told my drivers (4 different drivers were assigned for my order because they couldn't pick it up) that someone already took it. Which, I know that they were clearly lying. I feel bad for my delivery drivers because they had to visit this terrible location. Please just shut down this location immediately.
Also the last time I ordered from this location, there was a literal wood chip in my bowl and the burrito was inedible. I don't expect too much from fast food chain but don't you think this is too much? Wasting everyone's time and money. Amazing job.

Fast, clean and accommodating, this Chipotle outlet is one of the better in Chicago. Only disappointing aspect is the parking and access to leaving the lot. The parking lot can fill up quickly and you have to walk almost a block to get from the Open spaces to the restaurant. Upon exit, you can only turn right onto Ogden. Other than that, there were no problems with my experience.

Took a chance despite the reviews and walked in to place an order after 9PM. Staff were all busy fulfilling online orders but I only waited less than a minute at the line before being taken care of. Food was fine, but the kitchen was a bit of a wreck. The line wasn’t being kept clean, the trash cans in the lobby were overflowing, and it just seemed like they were stretched thin. Service was neither friendly nor unfriendly.
