Used to be a good location, the manager and a few of the workers here are terrible. Don’t work in customer service if you aren’t going to provide a good experience for customers. There is no diversity, Saul is a poor example for a manager, he is pompous, arrogant, and overall rude. He should consider a new career choice. Had to call in to customer service for a refund instead of him solving the issue.

I ordered a bowl with steak and took it home. While I was eating I realized that there was no meat. There was no main ingredient! I went to the Chipotle and told the person who prepared my bowl that there was no meat hoping she will solve the problem by giving me meat separately or something else. But she had no intention to do that. I just went away. How can you forget the main ingredient? I have no words literally

usually never have a bad experience at this location besides the occasional skimping but this time it was really bad

went in today during lunch

started eating it once i got home and half way through the bowl i got a taste of BLEACH in my food. it was extremely disgusting and bitter i had to run to my trash can to spit it out.

I could not continue eating my bowl so i threw it out unfortunately. I dont know what fell into their ingredients but i seriously hope someone in management reads this review.

BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU GUYS PUT IN OR NEAR THE FOOD WHEN PREPARING IT! IT TASTED LIKE BLEACH!

my tongue is still burning as i write this. been spitting non-stop into my sink while rinsing my mouth and cleaning my tongue with a tongue scraper.

**⭐️ 1 Star (because 0 isn’t an option) ⭐️**

I don’t understand how this Chipotle stays open because every time I visit, especially after 7pm (despite them being open until 10pm), they *always* seem to be out of basic ingredients. No lettuce, no guacamole, no chicken—sometimes no rice! How is that even possible for a restaurant that specializes in burritos and bowls? It’s like they stop caring as the night goes on.

On top of that, their service is a complete joke. I’ve had issues before, but I thought, “Hey, maybe I’ll give them another chance if I order earlier.” Big mistake. They managed to confuse my bowl with an online order. Not only did they mess up my order, but they also stuck a to-go receipt in my bowl. When I pointed it out to the employee, she just brushed me off and insisted it was an online order. Turns out, it was my bowl they had already ruined! To make matters worse, they argued with me instead of fixing the mistake. After waiting 15 minutes, they still couldn’t get it right because the person who was supposed to handle my order never did, and they caused even more delays.

And don’t even think about contacting customer service. I reached out, explained the situation, and all I got was a half-hearted “sorry” followed by, “What else can I help you with?” Like, seriously? It’s clear they don’t care about making things right or providing a decent experience.

If you plan on visiting this Chipotle after 7pm, just don’t bother. They’ll be out of everything, they’ll mess up your order, and you’ll leave feeling frustrated. This place is a disaster from top to bottom. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The food and service are both fine, but this location is consistently dirty. I understand it's a busy location, but even during less busy hours, it’s still a mess. Behind the counter, the drink station, napkin dispensers and tables are always messy. They should consider assigning a team member specifically to cleaning, especially since other equally busy businesses in the area manage to stay spotless.

Employees were nice and fast at this location. However, disappointed that my $20+ salad was such a small portion size with hardly any lettuce in it.

The food is good. Standard Chipotle, but for the number of employees working, the store should have been cleaner. The drink and utensils area was horrible. Looked like a tornado hit it.
