One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Stopped by here to pick up dinner and was immediately met with attitude which was weird seeing how the man that was serviced before me was met with so much politeness, maybe because he was an MD and they knew him, who knows, anyhow I asked for a few things on my order to be light, the server looked me in my face as I was speaking and said ok however she proceeded to place handfuls, to bad she didn’t do this with the meat lol, I asked her to go back and take some off as I requested them to be light and she started to roll her eyes I then get over to the cashier and after paying I asked her where the utensils were as I did not see them and instead of speaking she pointed in the direction and another customer had to tell me, there on the other side, I turned to look at the cashier because I thought to myself how come she couldn’t just say that and both her and the server were standing there laughing. My first and last time coming here.

I understand everywhere has their bad days but today was the worst I’ve seen. The place was filthy. Food all over the ground and prep station. Things thrown everywhere. There was literal kitchen equipment sitting in the dining area. It was gross. They ran out of chips an hour before they closed. Food was fine but lettuce could’ve been shredded better

I didn't know this Chipotle existed. It's smaller than what I'm used to, but it's so clean and in a mall type area. I'm glad I know about it and the service was good
One thing I can say about this Chipotle and the surrounding eateries they're busy!!! Like a revolving door

They didn't hear correct about which meat, it was ok it was packed and loud so I wasn't too upset. My daughter could have spoke up a little more.

Chipotle corporation won’t hire enough workers to make the customer experience better they rather safe money and make their workers work short staffed shifts.
Terrible service. Couldn’t log into the app at the register to redeem rewards. Logged in right after paying, went back, and was told “too late” even though the cashier confirmed I had issues. Manager couldn’t care less. No flexibility, no effort. Just “sorry, next time.” Pathetic customer service. Tables are filthy and tissues are all over, while he just stands around chatting.

Watch out when going here on a Sunday evening they have the worst people working. Stingy with the meat portions even though its 14 bucks a pop. And rice was undercooked the whole bowl was like cereal with no milk.

The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to guest. I would never come back to this location like EVER. I told the lady thank you when she check me out and she said yup. I sat down to enjoy my food and watch a white woman check out and the same lady told her have a nice day and you welcome. I immediately got up and ate in my car. Also the workers wasn’t paying attention they gave me another lady order to pay for I’m like that’s not my order and she took the other customer food off. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you want to be treated with respect.

Ordered through the online app and received an entirely wrong order. For the food I did receive, the portions were bad and sauce (which I didn’t order) had spilled on everything.

The burrito I got was free for nurses week. So I redeemed it online for pick up. Let's just say I counted maybe 15 pieces of meat. I ate it because it was free. Then towards the end I found a whole lettuce butt in my burrito. I was highly upset and disappointed. Because it shows the lack of care that went into preparing my burrito. I guess instead of a thank you to nurses. We get shorted on meat and a lettuce butt in our food. I finally had time to write this review. Because I just couldn't let this pass.

Love the food love the service
I ordered a bunch of food and simply asked for a cup of water. They told me they ran out of water cups, so I kindly asked if I could use a to-go cup just for a quick sip — they refused and said I’d have to buy one. Then I asked if they had lemons, and the staff got visibly frustrated and snapped, “We never give those, okay?” Really disappointing attitude over a small and reasonable request.
