If you order online BEWARE! Either they will always miss an item, or they will give you the old guac. It’s crazy how they will see it’s black, and still pack it to go. Clearly no one cares. Just go somewhere else.

On February 27, 2025, at approximately 1:52 PM, I had an experience at the Chipotle location that I believe warrants attention. A young woman with glasses, between the ages of 18 and 25, served me, and I noticed a lack of professionalism in her response when I requested a standard portion size for my bowl. As a former employee at Chipotle, I am familiar with the proper serving practices, and I felt that the portion provided was insufficient.

Additionally, I observed that the serving bowls appeared unclean underneath, and the counters could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I believe that a review of the service standards and cleanliness in this location could enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

This has become a recurring issue; the portion sizes at this location need to be improved. They throw everything away at the end of the day. Or do y'all take it home💁🤣

Service they do greet and are ready for you. I ordered steak. The steak could use more sear. It almost tasted like they cooked it on a flat top that wasn't really hot and just steamed the meat. My biggest concern is i came in to do some computer work, and I stayed in the lobby for over 2 hours and not once an employee came out to clean the tables. Multiple guests have come in and out, and they have to clean their own dirty tables as I did. Not sanitary. Please do better.

It's not the girls fault , but the company has gotten real skimpy on the portion. I'm paying 14 dollars for a burrito that's worth 7. Recomendable go one block down to taco burrito king. Better quality and only 10 dollars for a massive burrito with all the fixings.

I’ve given this location a few chances. I’ve gone in at 8pm and they have no food prepared. Another time I’ve gone in and the food was cooked horribly, I had to throw out my food. No one is ever at the counter and the place isn’t cleaned well. Food looks like it’s been sitting for weeks. I will never return. Such a disappointment

Where do I begin. Staff is lazy and doesn’t prepare food well enough. I was waiting for guacamole and corn salsa for 20 minutes, and NOTHING. I loved going here but recently it has been DISGUSTING and disappointing. Another time, my burrito bowl had 7 pieces of chicken, and was chewy I tired to contact customer service and got disconnected from that chat twice. That REALLY shows what kind of business this disgrace has turned into. Whenever I order online they really gip me of product. Why spend so much money on something I can practically have my 3 year old cook for me. I am so done and waiting for the Chipotle business and workers to get some dignity and step up.

Food is so bad from here order from another chipotle. Had gotten steak in my bowl wasn’t even cooked all the way and super chewy. Everytime you uber eats guac will come brown they probably use the guac from the day before

I love chipotle and eat it at least 3 times a week. I have gone to numerous locations including out of state and I have never had such bad experiences except at this location. First of all, the workers rush you down the line and are very rude at times. They give THE SMALLEST portions out of any chipotle I have been to. This location happens to be right across the street from my house so I go there every once in a while before work because it is the quickest for me but I am EXTREMELY disappointed every single time I go there. Y’all need to fix your staff and take notes from other locations because yall are straight garbage at this location.
