Found the problem after a few times of going. They're under experienced for mobile orders and screw over the in house customers when the kitchen isn't resupplying the trays fast enough.Had a decent bowl yesterday but first flag was how little of black beans I got followed by another one scoop of steak.I've seen a trainer in countryside teach to scoop a couple times to pack at least one good scoop of meat and add a bit if it's still low. If seems the worker was trying to add as little as possible of proteins to get back to the two other big mobile orders. Same time a kid is taking near a minute to pull out one empty tray to refill.Last times I've been there, ingredients were always " out at the moment but back in about 10 minutes" . Now I see what leads up to that so blame the lack of training and management of those paid much more than the daily kids working here. Staff was packed, just lacking support which you could see to the grouchy faces being helpless .Try out countrysides chipotle if you live that way , crews pretty happy there and the bowls are pretty much stuffed to the max and correct each time.

Julissa is one of the worst managers I have ever seen. At the very first moment I approached her I saw the terrible way she treated her employees and gave attitude to everyone for repeating herself. The worst thing is I also received this treatment and was talked back to for asking a simple question. I recommend going to another chipotle if you want good service, I am never coming back due to the taste that was left in my mouth.

Definitely a first choice Chipotle. Most other locations have their good days and bad days but this location is fairly consistent with the cooking and customer service is straight forward, no team members having a bad day and taking it out on customers here.

Please do not order online for delivery. They always always forget the chips. Even when u pay for them. Even if u add notes. What am I supposed to eat my queso and guac with?

THE PLACE SUCKS I GO IN TO TELL THE LADY WHAT I WANT SHE HAS LADY WALK IN AND ASKED HER IS SHE HERE FOR HER PICKUP NOW MIND YOU SHES ALREADY PUTING STUFF IN MY BOWL SHE LEAVES ME STANDING THERE LIKE A STUPID FOOL AND RINGS UP HER BILL I GOT MY BOWL AND LADY SAYS YOU CAN HAVE 2 SIDES IN IT I POINT OUT WHAT I Want then when I get rung up she says 18 dollars please be advised when I walked in she said 13 dollars when I asked how much for a bowl take some advice go across the street to portillos better food better service if I could of I wouldn't even give this place a one star ////////////

Horrible service! I go in to order and all the proteins are low and look like they've been sitting there for hours, all dried out and crispy on top. I asked when they would have freshly made one done they said 15/20 minutes so I said ok I'll wait. All this while I had a quesadilla ordered online to be ready when I got there so it was just sitting there getting cold. It was not busy when I was there and there were a lot of employees just standing around. They should've been more proactive by making sure everything was fresh and ready. Once they told me the protein was ready I go up to order and they tell me the rice is low and that I would have to wait again for the rice to be ready. The rice is a staple in all of their dishes so clearly they were not on top of their work. In total I had to wait over 30 minutes while my online order was sitting there cold. I get home and the quesadilla I ordered was not even the right product. It was a bowl with scarce food and all cold and dried out. By far the WORST experience ever and this is not the first time I've had a similar experience. I tried calling the training manager from that location to let her know of my experience and just to get a voicemail and no call back whatsoever. I highly recommend not going to this location and I will never go back. I've told my family and friends about my experience and they will do the same.
