Wanted to order chimichurri, but have it poured in the bowl so its easier to mix, but I had several people tell me it can't be done. This is funny to me because the location on Clinton has always done this for me, additionally I had to wait for them to put 4 mobile orders ahead of me. Customer service is poor and I will not be returning to this location.

How terrible their food proportions were! My daughter ordered 3 bowls including mine and it was almost all filled with rice! Are you cunning your customers when ordering online by serving that way? Please do not practice by filling the bowls with rice! I pay attention to looking at those because I was an inspector! Thank you.

Been to this Chipotle many times. Service is nice and enjoy the staff. The only thing I have sometimes is with the chef who is cooking. The rice is sometimes filled with way too much lemon/lime flavor and it’s very strong. I’m okay with a bit of flavor but that is way too much

Yeah was not pleased with my doordash Chipotle order today. The portions for meat was weak. Also they completely screwed me on steak for 1 of my salads. It was supposed to be chicken AND steak. I was billed yes but didn't receive the proper order.

Arrived at Chipotle-lane at 6:15 PM, where five cars were ahead of me and my order was ready for pick-up. At least I though it was ready. At 6:25 I had three more cars behind me, and I had not even moved an inch since I arrived. At 6:35 two cars had exited ahead of me and I was still three cars behind from the window. 6:40 PM, I call my wife and tell her I love her because I am not moving, and I fear I will never see her again. At 6:55, I arrive at the window, but nobody inside even acknowledges me...All is lost. At 7:06 PM a woman comes to the window confirms my first name and comes back with my order ten minutes later. At 7:24 PM I arrive home where my wife looks in the bag and ask why did you order so much more food? Yes. It was the wrong order. Thank you Bob from Gompers Park! I especially enjoyed the tacos.

Ordered extra meat and this is what they gave me. Give me what I paid for!? You can’t call the restaurant as they won’t accept calls. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

Never ordering from this location again. Like what’s the point of ordering with customization if they’re not gonna do any of it! I said extra sour cream and corn and I got lite lite amounts. Also, sour cream was enough for one bite on one side of the bowl. Not spread out at all.
Also, my bowl was so poorly packed that the food started coming out the sides because the lid was never really on the bowl. And NO MEAT! I found and can count 12 pieces of meat in total on my bowl.
Might be the worst locale!
Addison and Lincoln locales do exactly what’s requested, properly spread, and they make sure my food doesn’t fall out.
