The employees are very rude and don't understand what hospitality means. They don't provide service with a genuine wholesome smile. They are unorganized on servicing the food couriers and are rude to the food couriers. The heavyset spainish male with tattoos can't handle the heat and needs to get out of the kitchen. All the dinner time employees look intimidating and make the ambiance feel uncomfortable and scary. The employees look angry and need to learn how to pace themselves and enjoy working with food and people from all walk of life.

This location has really gone down since the pandemic. I get my food delivered from a someone taking the bus to deliver my food (nothing wrong with that but I was hoping for a more quicker service), and there was a bug in my food. No one has answered my emails or calls and no refund was offered.
I typically love Chipotle, but this location is lacking. The few times I've ordered from here the chips have been stale. Tonight I pre ordered a steak bowl with chips and queso. I arrived and picked it up just as they were finishing the order ( I watched them seal the bag). I arrived home 1 block from the restaurant and the queso is spilled all over the bottom of the bag (annoying but no time to go back to the restaurant). I pour 1/2 the bowl onto a plate...take a bite and food was cold (not warm, literally cold). My walk from the restaurant is less than 3 minutes. I microwave my food. Grab a chip and scrape up a bit of queso that was still in the container...and the queso is chalky. I'm not sure why this location can't get it right but I won't be going back. I'm out $21 with tax and a tip. I should have ordered from another restaurant on Door Dash and spent the extra $7. Annoyed

Place my order through the app to pick up. It wasn’t ready when I got there, fine, but when she gave me the bag it was covered in salsa. My queso was covered in queso. She neglected to tell me that there wasn’t corn salsa which was requested for both of my dishes and my quesadilla has zero cheese on one half. A waste of money and crappy to come home with. I don’t want this dry tortilla looking thing.

I’ve made several visits, and this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. If you’re not a police officer in uniform, be ready for very small portions and bad service (especially from the shift lead, heavyset woman, and the man with glasses). The location and the people are gross.
