Just went into this location because I was craving Chipotle. The food here is good (if you get any) but omg the service is awful. The workers here always have an attitude no matter the time of year, from the cashier to the servers. They are also very stingy with the servings as well. If I’m paying $15+ for a brisket bowl, please give me servings like I’m an adult and preferably without the attitude. The beef brisket is delicious however get your money’s worth from another location.

Never ever go there please. Here Service ratings are not in negative otherwise would really do that. I was buying 10 bowls all together. 7 were steak and 3 were veggie out of them. They made it and when I ask for more hot salsa on the side as our people need them on the side, they said its extra $1.75 around for each small container. I told them can u please open all and put more hot sauce (salsa) on the top then the lady became rude to me. My bill was suppose to be $150 around and I told them now I don’t want it. They threw all food and showed me bunch of attitude. The staff is very bad really. If you want good and nice service especially, then please don’t go there…

The guy who made my bowl was nice, and the main guy on register was as well. However, when I was paying, a manager was out switching their drawer, and she was the one who rang me up for my order. She was EXTRMELY rude! Didn't say hi, didn't tell me my total, and she shoved my change at me. I got a bowl, a large chip and queso, and a drink. I paid for a large chip and queso, and they gave me a small of both. When I went back up to the register to tell the workers, they were super annoyed and extremely rude about it. I don't recommend this place to anyone, and I'm never coming back here. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of service at this establishment!

I’ve tried Chipotle at several locations, and my first experience at this one was disappointing. I know the serving sizes aren’t meant to be huge, but as a paying customer, I expect a bowl that’s filled to the top. This one was only half full. Music was on blast doe and when I asked a question about the my receipt the employee kept saying “I can’t hear you”. (My bowl is untouched on the pic)

I too, had my lunch ruined by Omar’s “attitude and awful service. I was going to chipotle everyday for the brisket with no issues (everybody else is exceptionally kind to me) then Omar came back and I haven’t been back since.
He yelled at me and said what I had been doing the the past week (getting a single taco with toppings) is against policy and I can’t do it again. Lol

And yes I’d go back if he wasn’t there.
Based on the frequency of his name in these reviews and the way every employees’ vibe changes when he’s on the line, he’s really a liability. Hire somebody else or promote somebody from inside.

Silly situation.

I ordered a fountain drink and got a sprite. got back in the car and it tastes like sparkling water. Walk back in thinking it would be a simple fix. Thought wrong. They had me wait around until they could realize they ran out of sprite? Okay whatever they have stocking issues. So I asked if I could just have a bottle of sprite. Manager said they would have to refund me then make a new purchase. I told her I left my card in the car after coming back inside. She said no exceptions it’s policy. All for a few cents difference. You’d think they’d just try to make it less laborious to enjoy my meal from them. Won’t go back.

I don’t know how hard can it be to look at the order and put the right toppings in a bowl??? Every time I order from them something is missing. EVERY TIME! I’m missing 3 toppings from my order now, you literally have one job, how can someone fail at such a simple task???

Omar the manager on the evening shift was very rude and ignorant in his explanation of why I can't get my lettuce on the side (really) I guess he was upset with his job and his life. NOT MY FAULT OMAR AND I WILL CONTACT CORPRATE EVERYDAY UNTIL HE'S FIRED

immediately got an attitude with us for asking about our mobile order then proceeded to make my friend and i wait for 30 minutes, without an apology or anything. Staff is very easily irritable and need to improve there customer service immediately.
