i ordered extra steak and extra tortillas and my bowl is basically empty and i didn’t get ANY of my extra item….for $14 this was HORRIBLE service

My order was completely messed up, missing several things and the ingredients that were included were small portions. Basically just rice and lettuce. They didn’t include guacamole, beans, salad dressing n barely added a hand ful of chicken. I reached out to them and there automated app did nothing to help. The quality of the food has become much worse too.

On 1/9/2025 I got good poisoning from this location. I had my half steak and half chicken bowl at 2:30pm and by 5pm I was very sick. (Both ends) I had not eaten anything else that day so there's no chance that it was from something else.

Good food and good customet support. The food was good and all the restaurant team was nice with us. The “bad part” if I can say in this way was the environment (not clear, and some “mess” in tables). I hope the guys had a chance to put everything in place.

The slowest and messiest chipotle I’ve ever been in. They were out of both types of beans as well as corn.
The food is delicious, the place a little dirty. It's a place to eat quickly and leave.

The food was undercooked at this location. The atmosphere was sloppy and dirty. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned. I felt disappointed by the service the workers put into my food. That in itself was done sloppy. I'm highly disappointed in that location on michigan and Wabash. I will definitely continue to go to the one on jackson Blvd right across from barnes and noble.

Unfortunately I can only eat plain rice, no cilantro. The employee seemed unsure when I asked for plain white so I stated I can't have cilantro. She did get the rice but she reused the scoop spoon from the regular white rice, so introducing cilantro to the non-cilantro rice. Please make sure staff knows that to prevent cross contamination you should use a new spoon. No it's not that it tastes like soap, but it does taste and smell suprisignly horrific to me. I can smell wet cilantro from 10 feet away and can taste 1 fleck in a pile of rice. I wish I didn't have this problem. Still enjoy going here, never really have issues, not overly busy when I for a later lunch. Edit: will reach out to contact. Today asked for plain white, same person said no. I did see them just dump a plain to make it with cilantro so okay, but I saw plain brown available. Asked for plain brown and was told no. So after waiting 10 min in lunch line I had to leave and go eat elsewhere.
