The lady on the line at 145pm on 11/22. Had a very nasty attitude she didn’t want to get no pico when I asked for it because they were out of it on the line she had an attitude about that. Was slamming stuff down and rushing on my order it was nobody in there so I’m unsure of what the rush was. And the lady at the register. My meal was for here they didn’t give me a tray, and then pushed my food toward me. And I will be calling corporate .

I ordered three bowls and one burrito but was charged for two burritos. When I questioned it, the employee rudely insisted I was lying and claimed I had guacamole I never ordered. I even showed her the burrito to prove the mistake, yet she still refused to apologize. The attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful, making this my worst experience at Chipotle.

The extra brown rice, black beans, cheese, corn, and lettuce made it a balanced delight. The quality was consistently high, with fresh ingredients that never disappoint.
➡️ Portion vs Price: The quantity was good, especially with the extra rice, and the $13.00 price felt fair for the taste and portion, making it a solid value for my favorite meal.
➡️ Service & Environment: The service was good—staff were friendly and efficient, even at night. The place wasn’t too crowded, which was a relief, and the environment was pleasant. The cleanliness was above average overall, but the restrooms weren’t as clean as I’d hoped, which was a minor letdown.
➡️ Final Thoughts: Chipotle in Chicago remains my all-time favorite for its perfect protein bowl, with great taste and good service. The slightly unclean restrooms were the only hiccup, but I’ll definitely be back for more!

We visited the restaurant hoping to eat something delicious. We left because of the rude and bad behavior from a young lady who got upset because we couldn't understand what she was asking. She slapped a tiny portion of meat and threw the plate aside, didn't ask if we wanted anything else and immediately dismissed us asking the next two people in line for their order. I asked her to give us the same ratio of meat as the other two clients and she said she would have to charge us more and then served the portion correctly. After, we asked for a quesadilla, and the lady said we would have to order it online, which is ridiculous. We left, as good service is key. The food might have been cooked with the same lack of service.
