I try to get there buy one get one free chipotle burrito today and they said that they don’t do it today and our website said they do it all day so I gave him one star for a customer service and then I recommend going there

I asked politely for a bit more rice because the portion was really small, and the employee was extremely rude in response. I was being respectful, but she acted unprofessionally and made the experience unpleasant. It’s disappointing how consistently rude your staff has been lately. Management here is chopped.

The food was good, and the service was friendly and efficient. However, the music was too intense and too loud. I visited around 1:00 PM on a Wednesday, and the style of music, and its volume, would have been appropriate for a nightclub at 1:00 AM, but not for a weekday lunch at 1:00 PM.

Walked into my neighborhood chipotle. There was a bit of a line which I don’t mind. I notice every person asking “can I do a little bit more steak/chicken/etc” I think to myself, it can’t be that bad. I got rice (1/2 portion) asked for more, a half scoop more. Asked for honey chicken (less than a half scoop) at this moment I was upset but didn’t want to ruin my day or be rude to the employee. The gentlemen behind me then asked for more and received it. When the same guy scooping the protein is having issues getting respectable portions, it’s a problem. I’m not looking for a double scoop for the price of 1, I am looking for 1 scoop for the fair price of 1. I’ve visited many chipotles and experienced many chipotle experiences, but this for sure tops. I have always marketed this chipotle to friends on being one of the better ones, but tonight. Tonight really through me off.

They didn’t put any of the ingredients I ordered. They gave me the saddest looking bowl of just rice and chicken. I at least got refund

Horrible experience. Ordered a chicken bowl and chicken burrito. The burrito had no chicken and the guac had an avocado pit in it. The bowl had an unchopped head of lettuc in it. Both ended up being thrown out
Disgusting black bug in my food thank god I saw it within my first few bites but I am still sick to my stomach. Tried to get a refund but threw the receipt out with the meal so their support online won’t assist me. Used my rewards app so you’d think they could look it up..

The food gave me food poisoning, the steak was pink, I spit my food out mind bit and was vomiting with stomach pain all night and the next day. I also seen the tortillas have mold. I DO NOT recommend 0/10.. QDOBA IS BETTER.

This is the chipotle on the Depaul campus so when going into this particular location one should not expect the highest quality of service and food, but I am warning you all not eat there! I was just standing in line while my fiancé was getting a burrito bowl and I saw the girl and back chopping up Carne Asada, then taking a pieces, popping them into her mouth and then wiping her hand with food service glove on her pants and then return to cutting up the steak that will then go into the food prep line. Every single garbage can was filled to the BRIM with trash. The garbage cans are up against the wall, so there was literally a mountain of trash as you walk into this location. Overall, not a safe food environment in my opinion so just avoid.!
